| As an important production tool in the machining workshop,cutting tools determine the processing capacity of the production line to a large extent.The scheduling and optimization of cutting tool resources is increasingly playing a vital role in product quality and production flexibility.For a long time,on the one hand,the cost of tools has continued to increase;on the other hand,with the continuous flexibility of workshop production,large demand for tool resources,complex tool styles used,frequent tool changes in equipment,and complex tool parameters have led to actual workshops.The problem in tool management is getting more and more serious.Therefore,effective management and optimal scheduling of cutting tools is one of the important issues that enterprises need to solve urgently.The use of cutting tools is closely related to processing equipment.Therefore,combining cutting tool resources and processing equipment resources for the above-mentioned dual resource scheduling is one of the effective means to achieve efficient management of each link in the tool life cycle.The paper combines the dual resources of cutting tools and processing equipment for joint scheduling to realize the demand planning and pre-scheduling of tools in the machining workshop,and to carry out the above-mentioned dual-resource dynamic scheduling in response to unexpected abnormal disturbances in the actual production process of the mechanical processing workshop.Promote enterprises to optimize the allocation of production resources.The main contents of the study are as follows:Firstly,in view of the current situation and demand characteristics of tool management in the manufacturing process,a flexible production tool management overall framework is proposed,and the tool management workflow is designed according to the overall framework.This framework is mainly divided into four parts:target layer,business layer,information support layer,and basic technology layer.The operation process mainly covers tool inventory management,tool purchase,tool coding,workshop scheduling and other links.Secondly,this paper studies the dual-resource comprehensive scheduling problem of tools and machines in static workshops.With the goal of minimizing the maximum completion time,a comprehensive scheduling model of tool and machine dual resources in a static workshop production environment is proposed,and an improved gray wolf weed optimization algorithm is designed and proposed,using a three-stage process and machine,tool coding based on ROV rule.Design variable neighborhood search and embedded search structure,which effectively solves the problems of low applicability of the algorithm,low solution space diversity,and limitation on the scale of the solution,and obtains a good scheduling planThirdly,based on the research on the comprehensive scheduling of dual resources of tools and machines in the static workshop,a research on the dynamic comprehensive scheduling of dual resources of tools and machines considering various abnormal disturbance events in the actual production and processing workshop is carried out.By establishing a disturbance event impact assessment model,a framework for dynamic and comprehensive scheduling of workshop tools and machines with dual resources is designed.,and at the same time,with the goal of minimizing the maximum completion time,a comprehensive scheduling model based on workpiece and tools in a dynamic production environment is established,and an improved gray wolf hybrid is designed.Grass optimization algorithm,based on the above improvements,uses GRL rules to further optimize the individual quality of the initial population,and designs a population diversity guarantee mechanism to solve perturbation problems such as tool failures.Finally,with a diesel engine heavy parts manufacturing enterprise as the application background,combined with the research results of this article and the configurable MES system researched by this research group,a tool management system is developed based on MES and the algorithm is verified.Through the trial in the workshop,the system can greatly improve the production efficiency of enterprises,help enterprises realize efficient management of cutting tools,reduce production costs,and achieve good application effects. |
