In recent years,manufacturing technology is constantly developing towards intelligence,and the scheduling problem in the workshop production process is an important research object of intelligent manufacturing.Aiming at the increasing demand for intelligent production and workshop production efficiency,it is more efficient,stable and optimized A production scheduling algorithm with better performance should be proposed.(1)This article improves the bee evolutionary genetic algorithm,optimizes the initial population by setting the Hamming distance,adopts a staged selection strategy in the selection operation,adds a population rejection operator to the algorithm,and implements the simplified simulated annealing operation Incorporating into the bee evolutionary genetic algorithm,finally proposed an improved bee evolutionary genetic algorithm called fusion simulated annealing.This algorithm greatly improves the global search ability of the traditional bee evolutionary algorithm,increases the accuracy of the search,and avoids the inefficiency of the simulated annealing algorithm at the same time.It is verified by the simulation analysis of the classic FT06 problem and the FT10 problem.The improved algorithm has better optimization performance and stability in job shop scheduling problems.(2)Aiming at the new requirements of the workshop scheduling process under the current intelligent manufacturing background and the shortcomings of the traditional workshop management system,this paper proposes a WEB-based digital twin workshop scheduling management system architecture,which is based on this architecture and integrates digital twin ideas With the new algorithm proposed in this paper,the workshop scheduling management system is designed and the core function modules of the system are developed and tested.The system development is based on JavaWeb technology.Its main functions include the management and maintenance of workshop personnel information,the storage of scheduling information parameters and the generation of scheduling schemes,the management of equipment and sensor data,the visualized management of factories based on digital twins,and the integration of digital twin ideas.Online scheduling simulation.Finally,the test of the core function modules of the system proved the effectiveness of the management system.
