Intelligent connected vehicle(ICV)is a new type of cross-technology and cross-industry vehicle system emerging in recent years.With the corresponding information perception ability,it is an important fulcrum of the ICV system,and finally realizes the wireless communication and information sharing of road information,on-board terminal and business platform.For intelligent connected vehicles,the design of information collection system and communication system will become the top priority to support the whole Internet of vehicles system.As people have higher and higher requirements for vehicle comfort and safety performance,more and more wiring harnesses and electronic devices are installed inside the vehicle,and the data interaction and coordination mechanism among various modules become more and more complex.Moreover,most of the on-board terminal equipment cannot transmit the collected vehicle information over a long distance,so the vehicle manufacturer and the control center cannot control and coordinate the vehicle operation.Therefore,in view of the current development status of intelligent connected vehicles,this article proposes a vehicle information collection system that combines wireless sensor networks and traditional CAN data networks,and can store the collected vehicle information locally and remotely transmit it.In this system,the vehicle-mounted wireless sensor network adopts ZigBee wireless communication technology to realize the data collection of vehicle tire pressure,temperature and humidity,and atmospheric pressure through the sensor network;at the same time,this system has designed 5-channel CAN communication module,which can realize the automobile integrated data collection of 5-channel CAN bus data.Then,send all the collected vehicle data information to the vehicle data collection module of this system for SD card storage,so as to realize the local storage of vehicle data and facilitate subsequent reference.In addition,the time positioning of the vehicle information is realized through the clock chip to complete the time mark of the vehicle data information.Finally,4G/5G wireless communication technology is adopted to upload vehicle data and information to the cloud server for easier management and follow-up analysis.The format of communication data frame conforms to the document specification of "JT/T808 Road Transport Vehicle Satellite Positioning System Terminal Communication Protocol and Data Format" published by the Ministry of Communications.This article analyzes the hardware requirements and working scenarios of the system,and uses Altium Designer software to design the hardware circuits of wireless sensor networks and vehicle data acquisition equipment,including ZigBee data acquisition circuits,power supply circuits,time information acquisition circuits,CAN communication circuits,micro-controllers circuit,SD card storage circuit,etc.And completed the circuit PCB board production,through the electrical inspection of the entire hardware circuit is working properly.At the same time,the control strategy of the system was determined,and the software design of the system was completed through IAR software and Code Warrior software.The software part mainly includes the construction of the ZigBee wireless communication network and the design of the underlying driver software in the vehicle data acquisition equipment,including CAN communication driver,clock chip driver,SD card driver and 4G communication driver.After system joint debugging test,the above required functions have been realized.Among them,the data collection function of ZigBee wireless sensor network is tested under laboratory conditions,and the data collection is correct;the CAN information collection function and remote communication function of the vehicle data collection equipment have been tested in real vehicles,and the system is working correctly.The system can record and store the 5-channel CAN data generated during the operation of the vehicle,and obtain the real-time time as the system time base.At the same time,it also realizes the 4G remote transmission of data to meet the expected goals.
