With the rapid development of 5G communication technology,remote control of connected vehicles has become possible.It can be used not only in military operations such as armed strike,tactical reconnaissance,mine clearance and detonation,remote control target vehicles;but also in road sanitation,security patrols,logistics distribution,and wireless for many civil aspects,such as remote scheduling of man-driven vehicles and driving in dangerous scenarios,it is of great theoretical and practical value to carry out research on remote control of connected vehicles.This paper takes the remote control system of networked vehicle based on 5G roadside unit as the research object,studies the architecture of the remoted controlled system,implements the hardware and software,besides,considering the driving safety problem in the operation of the remote control system,the active safety strategy research based on the visual information of the roadside unit is carried out.Firstly,the functions of the main components of the remote control system of the connected vehicle are discussed,the architecture and hardware design of the remote control system of the connected vehicle are carried out,and the design of the remote controlled terminal HY308 is carried out.Secondly,the design and implementation of the remote control terminal interactive interface and the remote controlled terminal information service software are carried out.For the underlying control of the remote controlled terminal,the strategies and implementation details of each execution link are studied,and the roadside unit vision is proposed.Information-assisted active security strategy,through analysis and comparison of common target detection methods,the Vi Be algorithm with low computational complexity and good real-time performance is used as the moving vehicle detection method in the active security strategy,the detection and early warning of approaching vehicles with occluded scenes and scenes that require early warning are carried out,and the active safety strategy is verified through natural driving data and comparative experiments.Finally,the real vehicle test of remote control was carried out,and the active safety strategy was tested using simulation software,which verified the feasibility of the remote control system function and the active safety strategy.The remote control test was conducted on the campus based on Huawei 5G terminal,and for the remote control active security scenario,a typical scenario was built based on Prescan and Simulink,and the remote control active security policy verification was performed based on common models,which verified the practicability of the remote control system and the feasibility of active safety strategies.The remote control system of connected vehicle based on the 5G roadside unit can provide relevant services in a timely manner for the demanding scenes,and provide the assistance of active safety strategies,which provides a valuable reference for the research of remote control active safety methods,and the research of remote control systems and development has practical significance.
