Study On The Resource Value Recognition And Landscape Reconstruction Strategy Of Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street Under The Background Of Urban Quality Improvement

Since 2000,the drawbacks brought by the rapid development have forced China’s urban construction to enter the transformation and reform,from the incremental development focusing on rationality and scale expansion to the stock development focusing on humanization and quality improvement.The improvement of urban quality has become the leading direction of urban planning and construction.The pedestrian street located in the central area of the city is a comprehensive material representation of the city’s humanistic and economic and social attributes.It has been accumulated,left,created and updated in the process of development,inheritance and change for many years.It can truly reflect the local spirit and cultural connotation in the integrated urban area,and its value is immeasurable.With the transformation of urban construction and development orientation,the functions of pedestrian street are constantly changing.Its radiation range extends from the regional level to the urban level,and the form of activities also expands from traditional consumption and social interaction to the leisure experience of urban culture and the spirit of the times.The demand for quality improvement is particularly obvious in the complex urban public space form of pedestrian street.Since 2018,the improvement of pedestrian street is included in the important task deployment from the policy level,and the Ministry of Commerce has also issued a number of standard documents to establish the support system.In 2019,Chongqing Jiefangbei pedestrian street was included in the list of "national demonstration pedestrian street",which puts forward further requirements for the quality improvement of Jiefangbei pedestrian street.Therefore,this paper takes Jiefangbei pedestrian street as the research object,adopts the basic logic of "basic research,finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems",integrates and analyzes the location situation,development process,quality improvement related practice progress and direct policy guidance of Jiefangbei pedestrian street under the background of urban quality improvement,based on the current development orientation of Jiefangbei pedestrian street,makes a comprehensive inventory and value identification of its existing resources,and conducts research and evaluation on its landscape construction status.This paper summarizes the problems,analyzes the gap and causes between the construction status and resource value,puts forward the key objectives and landscape transformation strategies of Jiefangbei pedestrian street landscape quality improvement,and seeks to maximize the value of Jiefangbei pedestrian street under the background of quality improvement policy requirements,so as to provide some reference for the design and research of national pedestrian street landscape space.The basic research part includes the first chapter introduction and the second chapter development process and practice progress of Jiefangbei pedestrian street under the background of urban quality improvement.Firstly,from the two perspectives of pedestrian street and urban quality improvement,this paper combs the research status and development of pedestrian street at home and abroad,defines the concept of urban quality improvement,policy background and its impact and requirements on the construction of pedestrian street,and then takes Jiefangbei pedestrian street as the foothold,analyzes its geographical,administrative and tourism location,combs its development process and functional changes,summarizes the existing practice progress of quality improvement,and combs the direct policy guidance of the background of urban quality improvement on Jiefangbei pedestrian street from three aspects of city,district and Jiefangbei itself,so as to provide support for the later research.The part of finding problems is the third chapter: the re recognition of the resource value and the investigation and evaluation of the landscape status of Jiefangbei pedestrian street.Taking Jiefangbei pedestrian street as the research object,this paper summarizes its current development orientation,reviews its existing landscape resources and resource value,and constructs the research content system of the landscape quality of Jiefangbei pedestrian street and the evaluation index system of the landscape quality of Jiefangbei pedestrian street.From the perspective of elements and components,this paper uses the evaluation index system as the method to investigate and evaluate the landscape status of Jiefangbei pedestrian street,analyze its existing construction status,and explore its existing problems.In the fourth chapter,the gap between landscape status and resource value and the causes of the gap are analyzed.Based on the analysis results,the key objectives of improving the landscape quality of Jiefangbei pedestrian street are sorted out,including systematic,accessible,locational and epochal aspects.Through case analysis,the successful experience is used for reference,and the transformation ideas are explored.In the fifth chapter,aiming at the key goal of improving the landscape quality of Jiefangbei pedestrian street,taking the constituent elements as the basic unit,the paper explores the landscape transformation strategy from four aspects: the complete block system with high recognition,the "capillaries" with various functions,the construction of high-quality leisure places,and the planning of multi-dimensional consumption scenes.Finally,the sixth chapter summarizes the main points of the full text,points out the limitations and shortcomings,in order to provide reference for the nationwide pedestrian street landscape transformation and quality improvement.
