| Airfreight has the characteristics of high timeliness,high globalization,and high value of goods carried.It is an indispensable part of logistics.In the context of the rapid development of e-commerce and express delivery industry,Chinese airfreight has developed rapidly,and its importance in logistics transportation has become more and more prominent.However,Chinese air cargo network has poor ability to withstand risks,which seriously affects the robustness and normal operation of the network.Therefore,in order to improve the robustness of Chinese airfreight network and effectively ensure the normal operation and healthy development of the network,it is of great significance to establish preventive measures in advance.Based on the above background,the paper analyzes the topological characteristics and robustness of Chinese airfreight network based on the complex network theory,and further optimizes the network structure and improves the robustness of the network on the basis of key node identification and hierarchical network division.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Analyze the characteristic structure of Chinese airfreight network.This paper construct Chinese airfreight network model based on complex network theory and analyze the topological characteristics and hierarchical structure of the network by using the basic static geometric characteristics of the network,correlation and centrality indicators,etc.Then,based on the k-core decomposition algorithm and clustering coefficient index,this article divides the network into a core layer,a bridge layer and a peripheral layer,and analyzes the hierarchical structure of the three.The results of this article show that Chinese airfreight network has small-world and scale-free characteristics.Among them,the core layer has small-world characteristics,the bridge-layer freight network has scale-free characteristics,and the outer-layer freight network has fewer internal connections.(2)Evaluating the robustness of Chinese airfreight network.This paper combines node centrality,cargo organization coefficient and TOPSIS method to identify key nodes in the air cargo network.Then,this paper attack the overall air cargo network and the different multilayer air cargo network,and analyze the changes in indicators such as network efficiency,average path length,and the relative size of the largest connected subgraph under different attack modes.This paper find that: Chinese airfreight network and bridge-layer cargo network are less robust under deliberate attacks,and the core-layer cargo network has good robustness.(3)Optimizing Chinese airfreight network to improve robustness.This paper proposes a selected edge optimization method based on key node protection and robustness analysis.The edge set is obtained through simulation,the optimized network is obtained after the network is updated,and the attack simulation is performed on it,and the robustness changes before and after optimization are compared and analyzed.The research results show that the robustness of the optimized Chinese airfreight network and bridge layer cargo network has been improved.The paper puts forward a robust optimization scheme by analyzing the topology and robustness of Chinese airfreight network.Relevant personn can use this program plan to improve the structure of Chinese airfreight network,maintain stable cargo transportation capacity,and improve logistics efficiency. |
