In recent years,with the government’s vigorous promotion of prefabricated building construction and research,the development of China’s house industrialization has ushered in new opportunities.Different from the industrialization of housing after the founding of the United Kingdom in the last century,the industrialization of new-type housing emphasizes the improvement of housing quality and performance,the transformation of building construction from extensive to intensive,and finally synchronizes with the trend of global sustainable development to achieve green ecological life and production.The industrialized structural system currently promoted in China is mainly composed of concrete structures,and the steel structure with good seismic performance and small self-weight,and widely used in developed countries such as the United States and Japan has not been recognized by the mainstream market,and basically relies on the national economic and industrial policies.Promote.This is a favorable use and balance for the continuous excess steel production capacity in China,and many different structural systems in the steel structure have also brought new blood to the construction application.This paper attempts to apply the structural system of staggered trusses in the research of related new steel structures.The study of staggered trusses in China is more than 20 years old,later than foreign countries.There are only a few cases in Xinjiang and Zhejiang,especially in residential areas,and the amount of steel used in the structure is suitable for height,high thickness ratio.Compared with other structures,it has obvious advantages.Therefore,this paper analyzes and studies the adaptive structure of the staggered truss structure system in the main field of industrialization of housing,in order to expand the application range of the structure and provide favorable new options for industrial housing construction.The contradiction between supply and demand of housing in our country persists.On the one hand,the national population peaks at the age of marriage,and a large number of housing supply shortages still exist;on the other hand,compared with the previous social background,the impact of the rapid changes in the national economic structure on family structure and lifestyle is very straightforward.Feedback to the actual housing problem,that is,the current housing can not adapt to the diverse needs and changing needs of the household.In order to try to solve this general problem,this paper introduces the open architecture theory and technology system,with reference to its variable grade concept to adapt to future development;and the staggered truss steel structure as the research object to promote the structure of the current house industrialization.Diversified development of the system,making full use of the high-capacity characteristics of China’s steel and the green sustainability of the steel structure itself;based on house market,the adaptation of the mainstream residential demand and the interlaced truss structure system.This thesis is based on the background of house industrialization,analyzes the characteristics of staggered truss structure,and combines the housing demand to study the design of the collective housing adapted to the structural system.The aim is to derive typical design results for staggered truss industrial homes.Firstly,the spatial characteristics of the staggered truss structure are analyzed.According to the open architecture theory,the mainstream layout of house market is sorted and selected,and the adaptation analysis of the two types is carried out,including body shape selection,traffic body adaptation and modular analysis of the inner space,and key equipment.The system solution,and finally integrated to propose a typical house design suitable for staggered truss structures.Based on the above ideas,this paper is carried out in five aspects: First,through literature analysis,trace the development of house industrialization,and focus on the impact of open architecture theory on house industrialization;Second,analyze the spatial characteristics of staggered truss structure system,combined with house industrialization The design and principles of the demand and open architecture,determine the design principles and characteristics of the mixed housing with the staggered truss structure;Third,explore the relationship between housing demand and residential size in China,the preliminary adaptation analysis of the mainstream type and staggered truss structure system,Screen out the housing type that fits it and discuss the elements of its shape control.4.Refine the analysis of the traffic body and the inner space of the collective house,and based on the spatial characteristics of the staggered truss structure system,propose the traffic body and the special single-opening module that participate in the truss intertwined,and analyze the residential standard layer through modularization.Finally,according to the idea,the typical design of staggered truss industrialized houses is obtained,and through the cooperation with the structure professional,the structural rationality is verified.
