Research On The Development Of European Collective Housing Under Industrialization

With the deepening of urbanization in China,the demand for urban housing continues to rise,and the scale of residential construction is also expanding.However,China has been using the traditional extensive housing construction method for a long time,low efficiency,high resource consumption,quality,there are many problems,and there is a big gap with developed countries.Therefore,China is actively studying the industrialization of new construction and changing the traditional extensive housing construction,which has become the focus and difficulty of the development of China's construction industry.Compared with China,Europe,as the birthplace of industrial architecture,has always maintained its advancement in development.Especially in the 21 st century,European countries have matured in design level,technical support,system establishment,management mode transformation and other aspects.Therefore,the study of the development of industrial housing in European countries is of great significance for the construction of new housing industrialization in China.From the perspective of the development of The Times,this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research and case analysis to carry out the research on the development of European collective housing under the concept of industrialization.First of all in this paper,the research content of relevant concepts and research scope of clear explanation,and the European collection in the concept of industrialization of residential development to carry on the reasonable phase division,can be divided into three stages: the industrialization era(the beginning of the 20 th century-in the 1960 s),post-industrial era(70-1980 s of the 20 th century)and the information era(since the 1990 s).On the basis of these,this paper conducts in-depth research on these three eras,and the research paths of each era are as follows:Firstly,the development background and development process of each era are reviewed.Then,combining with the practical cases,this paper analyzes the industrialization methods of three levels of European collective housing design,production and construction in each era,and obtains the characteristics of the industrialization methods of each level.Secondly,specific research is focused on the standardization,diversification and sustainable development,and the path to realize standardization,diversification and sustainable development is analyzed.Finally,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the three stages of industrial development of European collective housing,the paper summarizes the law of industrial development of European collective housing.And combining with the industrialization of residential development present situation of our country,put forward to set the direction for the future of residential industrialization in our country,namely our country should realize the leapforward development of residential construction transformation,realize “Industrialization,post-industrialization and informatization” three integration development,and puts forward the problems faced by the great-leap-forward development of our country as well as some Suggestions to solve these problems,and the future of our country industrialization of residential development to provide certain reference.
