Abstract/Summary:
With the development boom of private commercial aerospace,the development of multifunctional mobile rocket launch vehicles has received extensive attention.The multifunctional mobile rocket launcher is mainly suitable for the mobile launch of small fixed rockets and missiles.It also has the functions of transportation,erection,launch and storage.The erection system is an important part of the multifunctional launch vehicle.A reasonable design of the erection system can effectively reduce the overall quality of the launch vehicle,reduce the cost of the launch vehicle,and improve the reliability of the launch vehicle.This subject originated from the actual project "Development of a mobile rocket launcher" of the intern company.This paper takes the erection system of the first-generation launch vehicle as the key research object,and uses a combination of theoretical calculations,computer simulation analysis,and experimental verification to reproduce the design process of the vehicle.The upgrade and replacement of the GM and the development of other launch vehicles of the same type provide some reference.First of all,according to the design requirements,the main components of the erection system: erection frame,launch pad,trailer frame and hydraulic system are designed accordingly.The theoretical calculation of the erection system is carried out by the dynamic principle,and the two-stage erection hydraulic cylinder is designed according to the calculation results.Use Creo to draw a three-dimensional model of the designed structure.Then,import the three-dimensional model into ADAMS for dynamic simulation analysis.The simulation analysis results are compared with the theoretical calculation results to verify that the simulation results are correct and the dynamics of the erection process meet the design requirements.Combined with the simulation results,the acceleration of the rocket and the force changes at the hinges are analyzed and researched,and the force at each hinge point of the erection system is obtained through dynamic simulation,which provides data support for subsequent statics analysis.On the basis of the previous article,the ANSYS simulation software is used to perform statics analysis on the erection frame and trailer frame when the erection angles are 1 degree,30 degrees,60 degrees,and 90 degrees.The simulation analysis shows that two The parts with large stress and deformation of the load-bearing structure provide a basis for fault diagnosis for future maintenance of the launch vehicle;the fourth strength theory is used to check the strength of the load-bearing structure,and it is concluded that the erection mechanism is safe and meets the requirements.Design requirements.Finally,on the premise of completing the car body manufacturing and assembly,the SDY2102E static strain gauge is used to conduct a stress test on the launch vehicle erection system.The experiment verified the correctness of the previous simulation,and also verified that the system can complete the rocket erection according to the preset requirements.
