| This paper studies the vibration of emission devices and rockets during the launch process, which affects launch accuracy by interaction between device and rockets. Launch system analysis and optimization is based on the integrated use of the finite element method, modal analysis and collision control theory can effectively reduce the vibration of rocket and improve the emission system performance.Paper creates system model based on product and finite element analysis model based on reasonable hypothesis and simplification; improve the structural strength of emission box by the result of modal analysis and response spectrum analysis; liberation process is analyzed on different types of locking mechanism and describes the different engineering application conditions; depth analysis on interaction response between the emission device and rockets through the emission process; optimize the device gap by using theory of collision control. The dynamic performance of rocket during launch has been greatly improved though the studies in this paper. The method of optimization and analysis has important reference value for improving in related fields. |
