| Since the beginning of the 21 st century, railway wagon technologies have achieved the third and fourth major upgrading, bogie technology, car body technology, braking technology, new materials and application technologies have achieved leaping development, and the manufacturing industry of railway wagon has continuously expanded, the production capacity has been improved. With the mature development and application of domestic railway wagon technology, the international market of railway wagon has been further developed. In order to improve the core competitiveness of the railway wagon manufacturing enterprises,it is necessary to develop new special purpose trucks with novel structure, light and highly automatic meanwhile. Therefore, this paper researches the railway grain wagon hopper with steel and aluminum combined structure.Firstly, the technical route and main research objectives of the steel-aluminum railway freight grain hopper car are systematically analyzed, and the reliability and safety of the vehicle are designed through conceptual design method.Secondly, considering the requirements and economic benefits of customer to explain how to choose technical data scientifically and reasonably and do the detail structure design as per requirements;to carry out the Finite element analysis and fatigue calculation,to testify the result by static strength test;to analysis the complete wagon body stress by comparing the test data and calculation;to make a briefly statement about practical significance of the breakthrough critical technical problem and research achievement. This steel and aluminum combined structure railway grain wagon is a product exported to Australia market. It is suitable for the 1067 mm gauge line and is mainly used to transport bulk grain crops such as chickpeas, wheat and sorghum in Queensland. The configuration is tandem pair(Master wagon and slave wagon),42 wagons per fleet. The wagon design conception make the lightening tare weight into reality and also make the guide line &provide the references for the research of similar wagons. |
