With the progress of society and the rapid economic development,people’s demand for electricity in production and life has become greater and greater.How to reduce the cost of electricity while ensuring the quality of electricity is a key issue that needs to be solved in the development of the power industry.In the smart grid,temperature control load has been widely studied because of its unique flexibility.Industrial HVAC(Heating,Ventilation,Air-conditioning)system is a type of typical temperature control load.This article improves the electricity consumption mode of industrial users and realizes the rational use of energy by optimizing the electricity cost of industrial user’s HVAC system.This paper studies the air-conditioning load price strategy and user comfort in industrial users’ HVAC systems.The research content has theoretical and practical significance for the further development of smart grids and the power consumption of ordinary industrial users.The main research content is as follows:Firstly,two basic models of air-conditioning load are introduced,namely,the first-order ordinary differential equation model and the bilinear state equation model.The two basic control strategies of aggregate air-conditioning are compared and analyzed,and the operating characteristics of the air-conditioning load and the respective advantages and disadvantages of the two control strategies are compared and analyzed.Secondly,taking the industrial consumers in the industrial park as the research object,with the goal of minimizing the electricity cost of the consumer’s HVAC system,based on the Stackelberg game and non-cooperative game,the industrial park management and control center and the industrial consumer’s power transaction process are established.In this way,an electricity price improvement strategy is proposed,which improves the basic electricity price and the electricity price in the two-part electricity price separately,and links the basic electricity price with the electricity price through the user’s thermal comfort.The simulation results show that this strategy can enrich the electricity price structure of the two-part electricity price while minimizing the electricity cost of industrial consumers.Finally,in order to solve the fragmentation problem of the electricity price system,and at the same time consider the consumer’s electricity cost,a tiered two-part electricity price strategy is proposed for industrial consumers’ HVAC system electricity consumption.The strategy is to combine the tiered electricity price with the basic electricity price in the two-part electricity price,and divide the basic electricity price according to the difference in electricity consumption by consumers,so as to optimize the electricity cost of users and improve the pricing method of the basic electricity price.The simulation verifies the effectiveness of this strategy in reducing the power consumption of industrial users’ HVAC systems,and at the same time,the basic electricity price is divided,making the two-part electricity price more reasonable.
