A Study On Evaluation And Construction Of Soundscape On College Campus

With the development of the society,the level of technology and the process of urbanization in China have improved remarkably.A series of problems brought about by the rapid urbanization process have gradually emerged,sound quality problem is one of them.As the main talent outlet of the country,a favorable campus soundscape is key factor to improve the quality of campus environment.Taking the campus of Guangxi University as the research object,the relevant concepts,research background,theories and research status of soundscape at home and abroad are sorted out in detail.On this basis,the soundscape of 15 universities in Nanning area is summarized and analyzed.By means of sound pressure level measurement,1/3 octave spectrum measurement analysis and four rounds of questionnaire survey,combined with the way of campus sound walking,the acoustic environment of Guangxi University campus was investigated subjectively and objectively.Through the SD method to extract the semantic differences of six words sound campus landscape evaluation,stroll through the sound PLS,POS,SDI and visual landscape,sound stroll by questionnaire investigation and scene satisfaction and visual landscape of satisfaction and overall environment comfort Spearman rank correlation analysis,it is concluded that sound campus landscape characteristics,evaluation method,combining with the design concept summed up the campus sound environment and landscape construction strategy.The following conclusions were reached:(1)The sound landscape of Guangxi University mainly consists of natural sound,artificial sound and living sound,among which the natural sound and living sound are more concerned and loved by people.Satisfaction evaluation of acoustic environment at landscape nodes was higher.At the same time,after measuring the teaching buildings in the teaching area,it is found that the traffic noise is an important factor affecting the sound environment of the teaching buildings in the teaching area.(2)According to the statistical analysis of semantic vocabulary questionnaire,six words were obtained to evaluate the campus sound landscape.Combined with the sound walking method,the degree of preference,loudness and satisfaction of campus sound were evaluated.The satisfaction of natural sound and life sound in campus was high,while the satisfaction of traffic noise was low.(3)Based on the understanding of the status quo of the teaching areas and important landscape nodes,the modeling of the important teaching areas and nodes was carried out to find the problems existing in the acoustic environment of the university campus,and the design concepts and principles such as building concession were proposed.Four design methods are proposed to improve the campus soundscape by combining noise reduction and enriching sound-scape elements.
