In recent years,the global energy shortage and environmental pollution have become increasingly serious.As a clean energy source,solar energy has attracted much attention from all walks of life.Rooftop photovoltaic power generation is a new type of power generation and comprehensive energy utilization method with sustainable development prospects that combines solar photovoltaic power with buildings.It is a new concept of applying solar power and conforms to the new development concept of green building energy conservation and environmental protection.However,because the building photovoltaic power generation technology is still in its infancy,there are still many problems to be studied and resolved.Therefore,it is not only of important theoretical significance,but also of important practical significance that a research on building photovoltaic power generation system is made.This thesis mainly focuses on how to improve the power generation efficiency of the building roof photovoltaic power generation system,optimize the design of the system and the construction plan,etc.,aiming to explore the methods of optimizing the system design and improving the power generation efficiency of the system.The main research work of this thesis and the results obtained are summarized as follows:(1)With an industrial plant taken as the research object,an in-depth analysis of local climate and geography,solar radiation resources,sunshine and shadow distribution is made,to demonstrate the feasibility of building rooftop photovoltaic power generation system,and determine the overall technical plan of the system.(2)An in-depth study of the placement form,inclination and orientation of the photovoltaic module array of the building roof photovoltaic power generation system,the relationship between the installed capacity and power generation of the system,the roof bearing capacity and the power generation efficiency is made,and a system optimization scheme is proposed.(3)An equipment selection and optimization design for each functional module of the relevant system based on the overall plan proposed is performed,which is solar cell module selection,inverter,transformer and other equipment selection and design,photovoltaic array operation mode and array layout,array inclination and azimuth design,overvoltage protective grounding,monitoring system,communication technology,roof load Force and other auxiliary design.(4)Based on PVsyst software,a simulation study of the designed roof photovoltaic power generation system is carried out.By comparing the power generation data and power generation efficiency of different design schemes,the analysis of the reasons for the loss of power generation,and a comparative analysis of them in combination with the actual construction environment,economic costs,and installation efficiency are conducted.The results show that the design scheme of the system meets the design requirements of the project;the application of this design to the rooftop photovoltaic power generation system of an industrial plant shows that the system can not only ensure the stability of the annual power generation,but also greatly save the construction cost and improve the power generation efficiency.Produced better economic benefits.
