| When wind turbine and other equipment operate under icing weather conditions,the windward side of components may freeze,which affects its normal operation.Air bag deicing technology has the advantages of light weight,reliable operation and low energy consumption.At present,it is more mature in aircraft and has great potential in the field of wind turbine deicing.Research on the ice shedding process and influencing factors in the process of air bag deicing is helpful to promote the application of air bag deicing technology in wind turbine.The deformation of air bag will produce shear force between air bag and ice layer.The normal acceleration of air bag expansion can lead to inertial force and make ice layer fall off.Therefore,air bag deformation and normal acceleration of air bag expansion are important parameters in the process of air bag expansion.Through theoretical analysis and experimental research,the following work is carried out: the relationship between the deformation of the airbag and the normal acceleration and the inflation pressure and the width of the airbag during the air bag inflation,and the distribution of the longitudinal acceleration of the airbag shape variation on the airbag;After the air bag is covered with ice,the deicing test and the reason analysis are analyzed under different ice thickness,different inflation pressure,different airbag width and different icing conditions;The critical de icing pressure under different conditions,as well as the relationship between the percentage of deicing area and inflation pressure and airbag width;The air bag deicing is used in the material performance required by the blades of wind turbine,the ratio of the length to width of the airbag,the setting of the air inlet,the selection of the air compressor,the installation position,the control strategy of the airbag inflation and the weight of the air bag deicing system.The main conclusions are as follows: the maximum acceleration and deformation are different at different positions on the surface of the airbag,the maximum acceleration is located in the center of the airbag,and the maximum shear force is located between the center and the edge of the airbag;The shear force is the main reason to destroy the connection between the ice and the air bag during the deicing process.The inertia force generated by the longitudinal acceleration of the air bag on the ice is greater than the residual adhesion force after the ice stripping,so that the ice can fall off;Inflation pressure,air bag width,ice thickness and icing conditions are the main influencing factors;When the aspect ratio of rectangular air bag is less than 2.68,it is more conducive to de icing,and the square air bag has the best de icing effect;When the inflation port is set in the center of the air bag,the maximum bending moment of the ice layer can reach the extreme value,which is conducive to de icing;The weight of the air bag deicing system is about 0.9 ~ 1% of the blade weight. |
