| Corrugated steel shear wall has been widely studied and applied in high-rise building lateral resistant system and multi-high-rise modular building because of its superior shear performance.In order to satisfy the increasing requirements of lateral resistance of multihigh-rise buildings,double-corrugated steel plate shear wall as a new type of structure is proposed based on the traditional corrugated steel plate shear wall,which has the advantages of superior out-of-plane stability and vertical load bearing capacity.To study the failure mode,mechanical behavior and calculation method of double-corrugated steel plate under pure shear load,experimental research,theoretical analysis and finite element numerical simulation of double-corrugated steel plate without the influence of frame were carried out in this thesis.The main contents are as follows:(1)Quasi static test of double-corrugated steel plate in the local shear buckling and the global shear buckling failure mode was completed,including 12 double-corrugated steel plate specimens and 2 single-corrugated steel plate specimens.Failure modes and shear force – shear angle curves of specimens of double-corrugated steel plate were got.The mechanical properties such as the shear bearing capacity and energy dissipation performance were analysed.Composite effect and work mechanism of double-corrugated steel plate were revealed.(2)ABAQUS finite element model of double-corrugated steel plate considering the steel reinforcement was established.Modeling method of the condition of the pure shear loading,material constitutive,element type,contact relationship and initial imperfection was expounded.The damage modes and shear force-shear angle curves obtained form finite element simulation and experimental research were compared,verifying the correctness and reliability of finite element modeling method.(3)On the basis of the theory of elastic stability,calculation formula of shear buckling bearing capacity of double-corrugated steel plate was derived.Finite element eigenvalue buckling analysis of double-corrugated steel plate was carried out.And the influence of wave height,thickness and bolt spacing on shear buckling property of double-corrugated steel plate was studied respectively.Bearing capacity calculation method of shear elastic buckling was obtained.(4)Based on refinement finite element model of double-corrugated steel plate,the influence of parameters on shear property was studied respectively,including width to height ratio,height and length of wave,thickness,bolt spacing and steel strength.Calculation methods of ultimate shear bearing capacity and elastic shear stiffness were obtained by theoretical analysis and finite element analysis. |
