| In recent years,prefabricated buildings based on reinforced sleeve grouting connection technology have been favored by the construction industry.However,the current research on the flow mechanism of sleeve grouting material is not in-depth,and the efficiency of the grouting system is still low.This greatly hinders the further popularization and application of prefabricated buildings.This paper systematically studies the flow mechanism of sleeve grouting material,and develops a new type of highefficiency grouting system based on remote data transmission.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Theoretical analysis of the fluidity of the grouting material.The grouting material model in the truncated cone circular mold is simplified,and the grouting material falling process is divided into slump,undeformed,and deformed areas.The relationship between the falling height of the grouting material and the yield strength is established,and the expansion of the grouting material is deduced The relationship between degree and viscosity,density and other parameters.(2)Simulation analysis and software interface setting for sleeve grout fluidity measurement.In COMSOL Multiphisics,using the coupling of laminar flow and level set models,the measurement of sleeve grouting fluidity was simulated and compared with the experimental results.The COMSOL APP developer is used to establish the sleeve grouting fluidity measurement interface,which provides a convenient measurement method for the fluidity measurement of sleeve grouting materials with different properties.(3)The flow loss in the process of grout flow is studied.The water head loss along the way and the local water head loss during the flow of the sleeve grouting material are analyzed,and the calculation formula of the local damping coefficient is deduced.A simulation analysis model of the grouting process was established to simulate the grouting process of the three sleeve specifications at the right-angle turning channel and the Ushaped channel.Compare and analyze the characteristics of pressure tank grouting and grouting machine grouting.(4)Develop an efficient new grouting system based on remote data transmission.The system uses pressure tanks and air compressors for grouting,has remote data transmission and monitoring functions,and is equipped with an automatic start-stop grout supplement device.The feasibility and stability of the system are verified by experiments.The successful development of the system can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of sleeve grouting.The research results of this paper have good theoretical significance and engineering practical value for the popularization and application of prefabricated buildings based on steel sleeve grouting connection technology. |
