The airport terminal building is usually tall,with high internal floors,complex functions in each area,long running time,and high indoor comfort requirements.According to the operation of large airports at home and abroad,the air-conditioning load and energy consumption of the terminal building are significantly higher than those of ordinary buildings.Reducing the energy consumption of terminal air-conditioning system is the key to airport energy saving and emission reduction.This paper studies the collaborative optimization method of the air-conditioning system in typical terminal buildings.With the goal of the lowest total energy consumption of the air-conditioning system,the energy consumption optimization model is established,and the collaborative optimization method of the air-conditioning system is studied.This paper conducts an on-site investigation of the cooling and heating demand and the annual energy consumption of typical airport terminal buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas in 2019.Cooling and heating demand of terminal building is much higher than that of other types of buildings,and equipment operation power consumption and nature gas consumption are also significantly higher,indicating the necessity of research on energy consumption optimization of the air-conditioning system in the terminal.On this basis,this paper takes a typical terminal building as the research object,uses Sketch Up software to establish a physical model of the terminal building,and uses Energy Plus to calculate the hourly load situation throughout the year,and analyzes the load characteristics of different time periods and different functional areas in the terminal building.According to the design load obtained by the load calculation,this paper studies the energy efficiency of the design point of the air conditioning system in the typical functional area in the terminal building,establishes a design point energy efficiency optimization model for air conditioning system,compiles a design point optimization calculation program,and analyzes the terminal equipment selection,air-side and waterside input parameters and other factors on the energy efficiency of the air conditioning system,study the design point energy efficiency optimization strategy of the airconditioning system.In the air conditioning system design stage,the number of rows of surface coolers should be increased as much as possible to ensure that the design point total energy consumption of the system is low,but also a higher water supply temperature can be used to improve the energy efficiency of the chiller and enhance the system’s adjustability.After determining the design point surface cooler selection,design air supply parameters,and design chilled water parameters using the optimization calculation program,this paper establishes an air conditioning system operation energy consumption optimization model,and compiles an operation optimization calculation program.With the lowest energy consumption of the air conditioning system as the goal,the influence of factors such as chilled water supply temperature,selection of the surface coolers,and distance of the water system on energy consumption of the system is analyzed,and the energy consumption optimization strategy in operation phase is proposed.The airconditioning system can adopt the operation strategy of changing the temperature of the chilled water supply in different periods during the cooling season.The use of different water supply temperatures in the divided different cooling periods and the use of variable air volume can effectively reduce the operating energy consumption of the air conditioning system.The optimization calculation program based on the energy consumption optimization model of the air-conditioning system can be used by designers in the design and operation stages to select optimal design parameters of the air-conditioning air system and water system through calculation program,simulate air-conditioning system operation,indoor parameter changes and total system energy consumption,analyze the overall energy consumption optimization method of air-conditioning system in actual projects,and realize energy-saving operation of air-conditioning system.
