| In order to make full use of water resources,a hydrodynamic utilization device with double streamlined blade was proposed.Through the combination of streamline and airfoil,the device could realize automatic rotation and the blade could open and close automatically in the process of rotation.So as to select airfoil with great hydraulic performance,CFD and RFOIL were used to simulate three kinds of airfoils.The results show that NACA 4415 airfoil had the best hydraulic performance and high lift coefficient at small angle of attack,but it achieved stall angle at about 12~o.In order to improve the hydraulic performance of airfoil at high angle of attack,a new airfoil W1 was proposed.Through comparative analysis,it was found that the W1 airfoil has successfully elevated the hydraulic characteristics of airfoil at high angle of attack,which beneficial to the opening and closing of blade.In addition,CFD simulation of blade with different aspect ratios was carried out based on angle equalization method.The results showed that when the aspect ratio of blade was 0.9,the lift ratio of resistance increased by 29%when the blade fully opened,which provided more effective torque for the operation of hydrodynamic device.At last,CFD numerical analysis of different number of blades were carried out by means of angle equalization method.The results showed that the hydrodynamic utilization device with four blades could realize the stable operation under the condition of providing larger torque,and the average static moment coefficient obtained by the device with four blades was five times that of the Savonius hydrodynamic turbine. |
