| With the development of society in recent years,the economic prosperity and technological innovation,our country’s vibration screening industry has also been booming,and the vibrating screen equipment is widely used.At present,the research on screening materials at home and abroad is mainly based on heavy material.It usually does not consider the influence of air resistance,but for light material like tobacco,paper,plastic,light,air resistance area large,in screening the influence of air resistance can’t be ignored,so the air resistance in the screening process of light material is important.This article aims to explore factors that affect the size of air resistance and resistance during light material screening.The main research contents of this article are:Establish a multi-group light material model,introduced into ANSYS/FLUENT to set dynamic grid and simulate the false state of the material screening;change the size and void ratio of the light material model to contrast the material speed,acceleration,and the size of the air resistance of different voids under the same size;contrast the speed,acceleration and the size of the air resistance of the light material model of different sizes under the same void ratio during the screen drop.Explores the influence of dimensions and void ratios of the lightweight material model on the air resistance;set the screen surface in the outflow field,compared the size of the air resistance of the light weight material under no screen;the correctness of the calculation model is verified by increasing the size of the outer flow field;finally designed a simple experimental test plan for the air resistance coefficient of light material,by using laser range finder measuring the drop distance of each time point model,summarizing the changes of air resistance,and comparing numerical simulation data with experimental data,verifying the correctness and reliability of the results.Finally obtained the following conclusions: the resistance coefficient of lightweight material is not constant in the screening drop process,and the resistance coefficient varies with the speed.Air resistance increases with the increase in the size of the lightweight material model,decreases as the void ratio is reduced,and the lightweight material with the screening surface is slower in the process of screening,and during the lightweight material falls,when it is close to the screen surface,its drops are obviously affected by the screen surface,the speed,acceleration,and the air resistance change,and the air resistance is greater than the air resistance from the time without the screen.Numerical simulation research on the lightweight material in consideration of the air resistance,it has obtained the factors affecting the air resistance,providing theory and practical basis for improving the mechanical and efficiency of vibration screening. |
