| Most of the lower extremity rehabilitation exoskeleton products focus on patients with severe total paralysis,and are not very suitable for patients with mild hemiplegia.The key parts of the patient’s lower limbs cannot be trained.If this happens,it will cause disability of the lower limb muscles.It even leads to disability.Applying TRIZ theory to the design and research of lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton,so that the optimized product can improve the patient’s rehabilitation training effect.A method combining TRIZ theory and perceptual engineering is proposed to optimize the design of lower extremity rehabilitation exoskeleton products.First of all,it clarified the current research status of the existing lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton and the research direction of the product design.Secondly,starting from the user’s point of view,analyzing user needs,using TRIZ theory and technology system evolution law to convert user needs into functional design.Third,through product image research,we can obtain the internal relevance of each perceptual demand and the importance of the perceptual demand to the design elements of the model.Through the factor screening of product image,the feature mapping between design elements and product samples is obtained.Use the TRIZ conflict resolution principle to make the final plan design of the product function and appearance,and build the 3D size model of the product.Finally,the product verification of the lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton was carried out,and the usability evaluation of the product prototype was carried out using the Likert scale method to prove whether the product can meet the needs of users.The combination of TRIZ theory and product imagery is used to design the lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton,which improves the accuracy of product design.Through a series of method research and process analysis such as technological system evolution,product image research and modeling conflict analysis,the structure and modeling design of the product are obtained,which shows the effectiveness of the comprehensive design method.Provide theoretical reference and method reference for the innovative design of the rehabilitation medical industry. |
