In recent years,the acceleration of marketization in China’s economic field has set off a surge of reform of state-owned enterprises,and the reform of electric power enterprises is accompanied by it.Therefore,power companies also need to go deep into it.With the improvement of the educational structure system,the younger employees of the power supply company,the influence of psychological incentive on human resource management is also increasingly obvious.For young employees,how to effectively increase their loyalty and trust to the company,how to expand their enthusiasm for participating in work,how to further improve the level of human resources management,and retain talents,so as to retain core technical personnel,and grow and develop together with the enterprise,has gradually become a more and more important social hot topic.In order to fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of young employees in power supply enterprises,encourage young employees to fully display their talents and give play to their subjective initiative.This paper combines theory with practice,draws on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in human resource management such as psychological contract and employee incentive,and takes the young employees of J Power Supply Company as the research object to optimize the incentive mechanism.First of all,through literature research,the relevant theories at home and abroad are sorted out and summarized,and theories related to psychological contract and incentive are extracted.Based on the previous research results,this thesis makes a comprehensive analysis of the young employees,and understands the various factors that affect the psychological contract incentive of young employees.Then from the psychological contract transaction,relationship and development of three different dimensions,as the breakthrough point of this study.Secondly,through the analysis of the organizational structure of J Power Supply Company and the characteristics of the group of young employees,the incentive situation of young employees is sorted out.Then,the interview method and questionnaire survey method were used to find out the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of young employees of J Power Supply Company,and according to the three dimensions of psychological contract,the problems were analyzed one by one.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the incentive mechanism,respectively from the dimension of psychological contract transactions,relationships,dimension and development dimension three angles were studied respectively,and develop the J optimization scheme of power supply enterprise young employees incentive mechanism,and then supplementary safeguard measures for it,hoping that the optimized plan can demonstrate the function of motivation to the greatest extent,and can effectively activate the enthusiasm of young employees.improve J power supply enterprise young employees incentive effect,achieve J young employees of power supply enterprises with the purpose of the enterprise to common development.
