With the continuous development of social modernization,the contradiction between the shortage of water resources and the deterioration of the water environment in various northern regions has become increasingly prominent.In order to solve this contradiction,many long-distance water delivery projects have been built in China.However,due to the undulations of the terrain,the gravity of the water alone often fails to achieve the desired effect.Therefore,in the long-distance water delivery system Multi-stage booster pumping stations are usually set up to pressurize the water flow in the pipeline.Among them,as the main power equipment of the pumping station,the stable operation of the water pump is critical to the safety of the pumping station and the stability of the system.Water pump performance monitoring establishes a comprehensive health evaluation model,and based on this,it is of great significance to study the true operating status and typical fault types of water pump units.This paper relies on the existing physical test model of the long-distance water delivery system that can pressurize the three-stage pumping station.For the variablefrequency water pump unit in the first-stage booster pumping station,sensors are installed to collect the monitoring signal data,based on FFT transformation,using The MATLAB software is programmed to extract the characteristics of the collected monitoring signals.According to the comparative analysis of the calculated data,the critical operating point and operating range of the variable frequency pump unit are determined,and finally,the health of the pump unit The status and operating performance are evaluated,and recommended schemes for unit frequency adjustment are proposed.The research results help to better understand the vibration law of variable frequency water pump units under different frequency operating conditions and the actual operating performance of the water pump,and have certain reference significance for the establishment of safe,accurate and reliable health assessment models for pump station units.
