| Under the background of global energy shortage,it is urgent to seek a way to break through the restriction of resources.And it is also an inevitable choice for orderly and long-term stable development of China economy.The energy shortage of building is imminent in China,among which more serious in residential buildings.The energy consumption is mainly from the power consumption of living electrical equipment,which accounts for almost 80% of the total energy consumption of residential buildings.Increasing the utilization rate of renewable energy and improving the energy efficiency of electrical system means important to break through the shackles of energy.Nearly 90% of the energy efficiency of the residential buildings in China do not meet the standards of energy-saving buildings.In the design process of residential buildings,economic benefits are often attached more importance to,but neglecting the design of building energy conservation,which makes its energy consumption problems become more and more serious with the increase of use time.Problems such as redundant load,unreasonable distribution line design,poor lighting quality,"long lighting",high energy consumption of air conditioning are common to see in residential building electrical system.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward the research on the electrical energy saving of residential buildings.The specific contents are as follows:First,in order to refined the calculation load capacity of residential buildings,we need to take the parameters about housing category,living standard and environment and climate into account,based on the original algorithm,to optimize the coefficient.To improve the accuracy of line loss calculation,the unbalance coefficient is introduced to improve equivalent resistance method.To optimize the operation mode of transformer,the adaptive composite transformer is proposed.Secondly,the update of residential illumination standard is lagging behind,which can no longer guide the current lighting design of residential buildings.Therefore,by means of investigation,to collect the actual data of residential illumination,associated with the existing illumination standard of other countries,the reference illumination standard was put forward.Based on reference illumination,make a lighting scheme and carry out simulation analysis on DIALux repetitively to continuously optimize lighting design;According to the use characteristics of residential area,the corresponding switch control scheme is put forward.Thirdly,analyzing the characteristics of energy consumption of air conditioning in residential buildings through investigation and research.Next,in order to further study the characteristics of operation energy consumption and improvements,the operation energy consumption of different research schemes is calculated by Simulation Induction Method,and then puts the methods to effectively reduce the operation energy consumption of air conditioning and makes the energy-saving design scheme.Finally,China’s registered solar energy,water resources and other renewable energy resources have a very large utilization space,but the application rate in residential buildings is too low.Therefore,the applicability and specific application methods of clean energy such as solar energy,geothermal energy and biomass energy in residential buildings in different areas are proposed in this paper. |
