Building high-rise building electrical system is an important component system, but also efficient and stable operation of building automation systems and human services based protection system. Building electrical energy consumption accounts for most of the building energy consumption, construction technology of electrical energy to the entire high-rise buildings Energy conservation is very important significance. As construction of electrical energy to the contents of the more involved, including not only the electrical system in the supply and distribution system, lighting system, motor drag system, but also including building HVAC systems, plumbing systems, as well as wind and solar energy systems . Therefore, the need to combine a lot of literature and engineering practice, commonly used in the present work means electrical energy-saving technologies and research focus is summarized, for the high-rise building designed to provide a system of electrical energy-saving design concept plan. In this paper, commonly used in engineering construction, and electrical energy conservation technology research focus in detail the actual design steps are summarized, based on the combination of the actual situation of Shanghai Tower, Shanghai Center Building on the preliminary design of the electrical energy conducted a detailed analysis of the program. Summary analysis of the whole process generally includes the following several aspects:(1) The domestic and international building energy saving and building energy-saving electrical energy in the building's position, and summarized the common domestic electrical energy-saving building techniques.(2) Combined with the basic principles of building electrical energy-saving design and objectives, and build a system for building electrical energy structure of the program.(3) In the construction of electrical power supply system, lighting system, elevator system, and the fan system heat pump electrical energy-saving technologies were analyzed and summarized in detail. (4) Electrical in the construction of ice storage air conditioning systems, cooling heating and power production systems and new solar energy systems, wind electrical energy-saving technologies were analyzed and summarized in detail.(5) Combined with the actual situation of Shanghai Tower project, on the Shanghai Tower in the electrical system for power distribution systems, lighting systems, ice storage air conditioning system, cooling heating and power production systems, and wind energy systems, energy-efficient new preliminary design carried out a detailed analysis.Building electrical energy-saving technologies can not only improve the overall level of high-rise building integrated automation, but also can ensure the safe and reliable electrical and mechanical systems, energy efficient operation of the economy, high-rise building in ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the various functional systems, based on the achieved energy saving The purpose of effectively promote energy conservation in the construction industry smoothly.
