Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Industrial Revitalization Of Jiancun Village In Zengcheng District

Rural areas are an important part of my country’s development process.The insufficient development of rural areas is an important factor restricting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in my country.Since entering the new era,under the leadership of the Party Central Committee,my country’s rural landscape has undergone tremendous changes.The Party Central Committee strives to solve the problem of inadequate and unbalanced development between urban and rural areas and satisfy the people’s yearning for a better life;the rural revitalization strategy put forward by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is to realize the overall revitalization of the countryside and to realize the prosperity of the countryside.In the two sessions in 2018,General Secretary Xi emphasized that “the most important thing for rural revitalization is to achieve industrial revitalization”;industry is the foundation and guarantee for rural revitalization.Only with the prosperity of industries can the revitalization of the countryside,the prosperity of farmers,and the development of agriculture.At the two sessions in 2021,Premier Li Keqiang pointed out that it is necessary to fully implement the rural revitalization strategy to promote the stable development of rural industries and increase income.Jiancun Village is the first village to renovate old villages in Zengcheng District.It promotes real estate development through collective dividends and other forms,thereby driving the development of Jiancun Village’s rural industries,and has a leading role in the rebuilding of old villages in the surrounding areas and even the entire Guangdong Province.In the context of rural revitalization,this article is based on Marx and Engels’ urban-rural integration theory,game theory,and stakeholder theory.It takes Jiancun’s industrial revitalization as the research object.Investigating the influence and industrial characteristics of village reconstruction,combining on-site interviews and questionnaire surveys,to find out the foundation and advantages of Jiancun’s revitalization and development from an objective perspective;Through the analysis of the literature,find out the countermeasures for the industrial development of Jiancun Village: First,improve the talent policy,introduce and recall high-level talents through the improvement of infrastructure and the guarantee of public services;actively develop farmer technology,management,agriculture,etc.Provide training and guidance to create a platform for farmers’ employment and entrepreneurship;encourage and support talents and rural talents who return to their hometowns for construction.Second,improve government funding support policies.Through the application of higher-level funds,it can strengthen communication with banks and other financial departments,open up channels for the integration of private capital,and institutionalize,scientific,and standardize the funding support process.Third,do a good job in sustainable industrial development,optimize industrial layout,and make industrial development planning;rationally adjust agricultural structure,encourage the development and construction of ecological agriculture,and focus on circular development,sustainable development,and green development;increase the value of agricultural products;fully tap Promote the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries with its own characteristics and advantages;shape the brand image and increase publicity at the same time.Fourth,promote the integration of "autonomy,rule of law,and rule of ethics",follow the path of "upper and lower interaction",and enhance the effectiveness of grassroots governance.By formulating and perfecting Jiancun’s industrial development countermeasures,we will promote the sustainable development of Jiancun’s industry.
