| The aircraft cabin cleaning service is an important part of the airport ground support service.In recent years,with the continuous development of society,the air transport industry is also increasing rapidly,which brings great pressure to the airport cabin cleaning department.Under the condition of limited ground service resources,reasonable scheduling of limited ground service resources is the main way to relieve the pressure of airport ground service.This paper studies the operation plan of human resources in the airport cabin cleaning department.Due to the influence of various random factors,the conflict probability γ value of task time window is proposed,and the influence of the conflict probability γ on the cleaning personnel’s work plan is studied.The simulation model is established to verify the conflict probability γvalue.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Establish the mode of operation plan for cabin cleaning personnel.Cabin cleaning service refers to the cleaning service received at the airport stand during the flight’s stay at the airport.Through the cabin cleaning service characteristics and analyzing the present situation and problems of business process and the cabin clean staffing,some problems of the existing pattern were found,the cabin cleaning personnel daily work through preliminary idea of binding operation plan with specific flight in advance was proposed,and the cabin cleaning personnel scheduling model was set up.This paper lays a foundation for the follow-up research on the operation planning method of cabin cleaning personnel.(2)Establish a mathematical model for the operation plan of cabin cleaning personnel.By analyzing the characteristic of the cabin cleaning staff scheduling,considering the required number,uncertainty factors such as personnel qualifications,and the task of cleaning the start time and end time with uncertainty constraints,the task conflict probability gamma that describes the conflict of task time window was built.Besides,taking gamma as one of the constraint conditions,A 0-1 integer programming model was established to maximize the number of scheduling task and minimize the probability of waiting for service,the transfer time between tasks and the difference in task duration between employees.(3)The configuration methods of γ values in different scenarios are studied.In order to verify the operation planning model of cabin cleaning staff and to study the configuration method of task conflict probability γ,three scenarios are designed based on the actual situation,and solved by using Gurobi.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is adopted to comprehensively analyze the evaluation indexes such as the number of personnel in demand,the proportion of the number of timely responding tasks and the average waiting time of tasks,and construct the comprehensive evaluation indexes.In different scenarios,the effects of γ value on different evaluation indexes and comprehensive indexes were studied,so as to obtain the configuration range of γ value in each scenario.(4)Simulation experiment verification.In order to verify the operation planning mode,mathematical model and solution method of cabin cleaning personnel constructed,this paper takes a large international airport as a research case and builds a Simulation model to simulate the actual work of cleaning personnel based on the Plant Simulation Simulation platform and the main finger corridors as the background.The arrival data of cleaning task in the simulation model comes from the information data of actual flight arrival at the international airport.The simulation experiments are carried out according to the current scheduling mode and the job planning mode proposed in this paper.Through the analysis of the simulation results,it is verified that the proposed operation planning and scheduling mode can effectively reduce the waste of human resources caused by insufficient or excessive preparation compared with the reactive scheduling mode used at present. |
