In recent years,the automotive industry has been facing a tough period.However,with the changes of released policies and the upgrading of industrial technology,it has also brought many opportunities.In this situation where opportunities and challenges coexist,How human resources take control of the current situation and think of breakthroughs of human resources business,support the survival and development of the company,so to promote the industry to open up a new situation,is the important background and intention of this paper.With the acceleration of the market and pattern of the automotive industry,industry and talent competition have intensified,we need innovation and breakthroughs in talent management strategies;from the company’s perspective,the success of the company’s strategic transformation is highly based on the contribution of talents,the assessment of employee capabilities and the training mechanism is conducive to talent motivation and retention.On this basis,this article proposes a personnel evaluation and training program based on job qualification system.The key point of this essay is to enhance talent evaluation and development of company A by set up job qualification system.The content and structure is of this article is as follows: First,by combining the national and international theoretical research and the current management situation of company A,a plan for the construction of the job qualification system is proposed,including the theoretical system,practical steps,potential problems and specific solutions.Secondly,in combination with the proposed job qualification plan,design talent evaluation and ability improvement plan.In terms of talent evaluation programs,integrate existing evaluation programs and the application of qualification system to design an new evaluation program for the comprehensive management full life cycle of talents;in terms of the talent training system,take the integration of training and combat as the design concept.By dynamic management of the talent pool.Promote the contribution of training results to business operations to the greatest extent.The innovation of this paper is to focus on the effectiveness and implementation of the qualification system,the purpose of setting up qualification system is to optimize the talent evaluation and talent training.Qualification system construction is a project with great amount of job.If the construction of qualification is only to improve the fairness and justice of promotion work,after several years of operation,it is found that the process is complex and then try to simplify,it will gradually lose the significance,and fail to play the maximum effect of qualification system.The point proposed in this paper avoided potential failure modes and innovation is proposed.Secondly,this paper investigated the bottleneck of company A in talent evaluation and talent training,analyzed the relevant problems and causes,and then solved the relevant human resource problems by combing with the qualification system.Finally,this article summarizes the applicable scenarios,failure modes and successful experiences of the qualification system,to provide practical reference for human resources.
