As a national pillar industry,electric power industry plays an important role in economic development and energy security.With the rapid development of power project construction,the electric power industry is facing many risks,such as electricity price policy,environmental protection policy from the external point of view;operation management and investment decision-making from the internal point of view,and so on.Therefore,the power industry needs to pay more attention to financial risk to ensure its healthy development.In this paper,it makes a comprehensive analysis about the financial risk control and prevention of A electric power company.First of all,It sorts out the meaning,characteristics,types of financial risk and the meaning and methods of financial risk control,and summarizes the financial risk characteristics of the power industry through reading a large number of domestic and foreign scholars on the theory of financial risk articles.Secondly,combined with the financial data of A electric power company in recent five years,the article analyzes its financial status and financial control system,and evaluates the effect of financial risk control using factor analysis.And then finds out the deficiencies in the financial risk control of A electric power company,and summarizes the existing problems and causes.Finally,according to the actual problems of A electric power company,this paper gives some suggestions to improve the financial risk control.In order to make the proposal more in line with the actual situation of A power company,this paper studies the types of risks existing in A power company,and summarizes the risks in investment,financing,operation and internal control.On this basis,it puts forward corresponding suggestions,and puts forward safeguard measures from the internal and external environment of the company,so as to lay the foundation for strengthening the financial risk control of A power company.
