| In recent years,autonomous driving technology has developed rapidly.Countries around the world are vigorously supporting the development of autonomous driving technology.Companies such as Waymo,Tesla,Baidu,PonyAi,and Tusimple have quickly stepped into the forefront of global autonomous driving technology research.There are still many imperfections in current autonomous driving technology.For safety reasons,vehicles equipped with autonomous driving technology need to conduct road tests on specified closed roads or public roads to verify the reliability of autonomous driving technology.The test vehicle will generate a large amount of sensor data during road testing.How to safely and real-time synchronize these data to the data center for storage and management has become an urgent issue in the industry.The main content and work of the thesis are as follows:1.Analyze and study the workflow task allocation problem in the automatic driving management system,and propose a workflow task allocation optimization algorithm based on the fusion genetic ant colony algorithm,and verify its effectiveness.The results of simulation comparison found that the total time for the optimization algorithm to complete the task was the shortest,and the task allocation efficiency was improved.2.Aiming at the problem of safe and real-time storage of road test data for autonomous driving,a road test data management system based on workflow is designed and implemented.The management system is divided into five modules: data submission,data compression,data encryption,data storage and data visualization.Different types of data in the drive test data are subjected to data verification,conversion,correction,and compression in the local data center,and a series of preprocessing operations that do not affect the reliability of the data are used to solve the problem of delay caused by centralized data processing in the data center.Sensitive data in the drive test data is encrypted by the national secret algorithm in the local data center and then synchronized to the data center.Finally,the data decryption operation is completed in the data center.It has been tested and verified that the system provides support for important indicators such as high concurrency,good read and write performance,expandable storage,and friendly management interface,and has high ease of use.The automated driving road test data management system designed in this paper solves the real-time and safe storage of massive autopilot road test data,and meets the needs of different types of personnel.The system takes into account the value of research and application. |
