| Among the existing problems of power system,the problem of short circuit fault of power transformer has been difficult to solve completely.Once the short circuit problem of transformer occurs,it will cause very serious economic loss and safety accident,such as large-scale power outage,fire,transformer explosion and so on,and even cause the whole power network to be paralyzed,which will seriously affect the normal operation of power system.A large part of the transformer short circuit is caused by a slight local short circuit in the initial stage of the transformer internal winding coil.If this local short circuit can be detected in advance,it can greatly avoid the occurrence of major accidents and reduce major property losses.At present,the research on local short circuit detection is still in the slow development stage,most of the detection methods are not very mature and there is no suitable detection method to be popularized on a large scale.This subject is to further develop a set of transformer short-circuit detection system based on the application of the latest generation of vibration sensors.The biggest innovation of the detection system is that there is no need to make electrical connections when detecting the transformer,but it directly determines whether the transformer has a local short circuit by analyzing the transformer vibration signal.Combined with the project requirements,this project mainly completes the following contents:(1)Through discussions and on-site inspections with relevant staff of the substation,the actual needs of the site were understood.(2)The current solutions and ideas for this problem in the field of transformer partial short circuit detection are studied.(3)Combined with the experimental conditions that can be achieved,the overall scheme of the transformer partial short-circuit detection system is designed,and a series of detection devices have been developed and realized.(4)The debugging and experiment of the detection system have been completed.After the system structure and system hardware and software are debugged in the laboratory,field tests are carried out in the laboratory,and the test experiment plan is designed and implemented. |
