The subway screen door controller(Platform Emergency Door Controller)fault detection system is part of the localization project of the subway screen door conkroller(PEDC).The subway screen door controller fault detection system requires device-level fault detection for the subway screen door controller PEDC.And you can quickly locate the fault location and determine the type of fault.In this paper,based on the PXI measurement and control combination,the subway screen door controller fault detection system is designed,and two PXI chassis are used to form a redundant backup measurement and control combination.The fault detection system designed in this paper is for PEDC produced by Westinghouse.The product is characterized by redundant design of the main control unit,communication with the gate unit DCU via CAN bus,and data interaction with the host computer via RS485 bus..In response to this feature,the fault detection system is required to control the PEDC for redundant switching,and has the CAN bus and RS485 bus communication and detection functions,and is required to supply power to the PEDC.The PEDC fault detection system also requires the analog signal transceiving function of the PEDC external device,including the local control panel(PSL),the emergency backup disc(IBP),the gating unit(DCU),and the SIG system.According to the requirements of product users,PEDC fault detection system requires simple and easy operation interface,and has a variety of test experiment types.The test software requires certain confidentiality and can only be used by relevant technical personnel or operators.Based on the design requirements of the PEDC fault detection system,the self-developed and purchased board is used for the design.According to the system design scheme of the PXI measurement and control combination+VxWorks real-time operating system,the object of this paper is designed.According to the data transmission and data requirements of the measured object PEDC,build the hardware platform of the fault detection system,and use the analog data acquisition,switch input/output and other related signal conditioning modules to carry out the measured PEDC and the monitoring system.Conditioning and isolation of signals.The design of the fault detection system introduced in this paper has important significance as the beginning of PEDC localization,which laid a foundation for later research work.
