The solid thermal storage electric boiler can not only carry out "peak shifting and valley filling" on the power load,but also greatly reduce the environmental pollution.In recent years,with the implementation of the policy of "coal to electricity",solid thermal storage boiler has been developing rapidly in many industries.However,there is no uniform specification for the specifications and models of the solid thermal storage electric boiler,which belongs to the non-standard design.The design process should be designed according to the requirements of users.The design process is not only time-consuming and laborious,but also prone to unreasonable design problems.Therefore,it is necessary to develop the design software of solid thermal storage electric boiler based on the mainstream structure to promote the implementation of the policy of "coal to electricity".In this paper,based on the existing research results,aiming at the current mainstream structure of solid heat storage electric boiler,the boiler overall design software is developed.The software functions include two parts:(1)the design and calculation of the main links of the boiler,and the overall scheme of the boiler and the three-dimensional graphic output of the key parts.The main links of boiler design include: 1)calculation of the number of heat storage bricks and layout scheme;2)design calculation and layout of electric heating wire system;3)design calculation of gas-water heat exchanger structure;4)calculation of air volume of circulating fan.The software development is based on Visual Basic 6.0.Through the application of text box,list box,command menu and other controls,the interface operation platform of solid heat storage electric boiler design software is successfully built.The relevant design parameters of the solid heat storage electric boiler are coded by the conditional and cyclic statements,and the calculation of the design parameters of the solid heat storage electric boiler is realized.Through the secondary development of Excel with Visual Basic 6.0,the output and storage of calculation data are realized.Through the secondary development of CAD drawing software with Visual Basic 6.0,the software can automatically extract calculation parameters,judge and analyze,and output CAD 3D graphics.The developed software can realize the whole process from design calculation to three-dimensional pattern output according to the user’s needs.Finally,the reliability of the design software of solid heat storage electric boiler is verified by using the existing design cases of solid heat storage electric boiler.The results show that the design software of solid heat storage electric boiler is reliable,and the calculation results and three-dimensional graphics scheme are basically reasonable.
