| As one of the most beautiful business cards of our country,the safety research of high-speed railway system is undoubtedly of great significance.This thesis,in the purpose of improving the electromagnetic safety of China’s train control system,taking the actual subject of the key laboratory of electromagnetic environment effect and information processing in Hebei Province as the research background,carried out experimental research on the electromagnetic pulse coupling effect of high-speed train control system.The database system of electromagnetic pulse effect test was constructed to facilitate the experimental design and improve the efficiency of effect data analysis,and in order to enable new experimenters to obtain experimental ability quickly,exploration has been made in the design and implementation of the experimental teaching system based on Unity3D-based EMP Specific work is as follows.(1)Research on test technology of EMP coupling effectThrough the detailed study of electromagnetic environment effect standards such as GJB 151 B and GJB 8848,and railway standards TB/T 3483,etc.,the railway train control key equipment electromagnetic pulse coupling effect experimental program was designed and passed the expert certification.According to the actual effect of the experiment and the data collection and analysis,the test was carried out to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement to improve the reliability of the data.Moreover,based on the obtained equipment safety threshold and the analysis of the coupling effect law,the vulnerable areas of the train control system were identified,using the controlled variable method.This chapter lays experimental foundation for the validation of the simulation calculation results of the actual project.(2)Design and implementation of the EMP coupling effect test database systemThis chapter summarizes and analyses the conducted EMP effect tests according to the data management needs of the test preparation and execution.The EMP effect test database system was designed to achieve efficient managements for the test equipment,reference standards,test procedures and test data,etc.To address the problems encountered in the test design and analysis stages,such as unclear equipment connection order and difficulty in finding the pulse coupling path,the process design features based on the PIL graphics library were designed in the experiment management module.The system covers all phases of the effect test,which is conducive to the standardization and operability of the test,and lays foundation for the EMP effect test teaching system.(3)Study on the teaching system of EMP coupling effect experimentBased on the elements of embodied cognition theory,the experimental teaching system of strong EMP coupling effect was designed by combining the experience and test-related data summarized in the process of conducting the test.A 3D model of the tested equipment and test system was established using 3ds Max,and the model was integrated and set up in an export format for import into Unity3 D.The development of the teaching system was completed in Unity3 D,and students could use the system for EMP effect test operation training,thus promoting the development of EMP effect test teaching. |
