Transportation is the key to rejuvenating a country and the foundation of a strong country.The scale of our country’s transportation engineering development is growing day by day.Among them,tunnel as an important node through the transportation network,is becoming more important.However,in the process of tunnel construction,due to various geological conditions,complex construction technology,uneven technical level of construction participants,lack of risk management awareness and other factors,the construction risk factors are complicated,construction accidents happen frequently.This article studies the risk management of tunnel construction.Combined with literature research and data analysis,the risk factors of tunnel construction with mining method are identified using WSR system methodology and fishbone diagrams,and a tunnel construction risk assessment index system is constructed.A tunnel construction risk evaluation model is constructed basing on the comprehensive application of improved analytic hierarchy process(IAHP),entropy weight method and control interval and memory model(CIM model).The constructed tunnel construction risk assessment index system and model are applied to the construction risk assessment of Guantian Tunnel,and countermeasures will be proposed according to the assessment results.The following research works are mainly completed:(1)It summarizes the types of tunnels,tunnel construction methods and main procedures,and summarizes the characteristics of tunnel construction and construction risk management characteristics and processes.This article analyzes the definition of risk,clarifies the definition of tunnel construction risk.(2)Based on a large number of literature analysis and data analysis,the risk factors of tunnel construction with mining method are analyzed using WSR system methodology and fishbone diagrams.The tunnel construction risk evaluation index system is constructed in this article.(3)Combined with the requirements of risk assessment model construction,it is proposed that CIM model,IAHP and entropy weight method should be comprehensively applied.On this basis,the risk assessment model of tunnel construction is constructed.(4)The established tunnel construction risk assessment index system and risk assessment model are applied to the construction risk assessment of the Guantian Tunnel.And referring to the evaluation results that are basically consistent with the actual construction situation of the Guantian Tunnel,corresponding risk prevention and control measures are proposed.The applicability and operability of the tunnel construction risk evaluation index system and risk evaluation model built in this paper is verified by the project.
