| Since the beginning of the new century,Chinese investment in infrastructure construction has made rapid progress.Tunnel was usually a control project of infrastructure project because of its complicated technology,complex risk source and high risk.In recent years,the tunnel collapse,water and mud gushing,gas explosion and other dangerous accidents have occurred in the construction stage.Therefore,the construction risk management has become a construction enterprises in the fierce market competition in the foothold and maintain a long-term virtuous circle of the key.This paper took CK railway BJ project as an example,and used the risk source survey method and fishbone diagram method to identify its risks,and summarized them into construction technical risks and construction management risks.Then,according to the characteristics of the tunnel construction within the shift boundary of CK railway project,an improved risk assessment model was established to obtain the risk matrix that can be used for the risk assessment of the tunnel construction within the shift boundary of CK railway project.Then the major risk sources of the tunnel were assessed and countermeasures were proposed from two aspects of technical risk management and management risk management.Through the study of this paper,no general or above safety accidents occurred in the construction process of the class boundary tunnel of CK railway.The construction risk response adopted by the project effectively avoids economic losses and achieves good social benefits.At the same time,the theory of Chinses railway construction project risk management of construction,to CK railway project class boundary of tunnel construction technology and construction management risk identification,risk assessment,risk response,such as research results,further enrich the theory and method of the railway construction project risk management of construction,providing a reference for related project construction risk management. |
