| Size optimization and shape optimization,as typical structural optimization methods,are widely used in the early structural optimization design.However,these two structural optimization design methods require high professional knowledge and ability for designers.They should not only be familiar with the working conditions of the structure,but also have rich experience in structural design.In addition,the design cycle of these two structural optimization design methods is long and the cost is high,which is not conducive to the rapid development of enterprises and the competition of the same industry in today’s era of rapid technological development.Therefore,it promotes the development of topology optimization technology.Topology optimization method is the mainstream method of structural optimization design.Its main principle is to calculate the optimal distribution form of the structure through the set algorithm according to the boundary conditions of the original structure,so as to obtain a design objective with the best structure and performance.However,according to the topology optimization method,the topology optimization structure often has chessboard format,which has a certain impact on the design of topology optimization structure,and is not conducive to the performance analysis of the structure.In order to solve the problem of edge chessboard format after topology optimization,this paper first proposes to linearize the edge chessboard format with linear least square method.However,after the boundary linearization of the topology optimization checkerboard scheme,there are some problems,such as the unequal and uneven area of the end face of the trabecular structure in the length direction,which brings inconvenience to the practical engineering application.Then,in order to solve this problem,this paper proposes to use the conventional one-sided center segmentation equal area processing method to repair and adjust the linear smooth reconstruction model,so that the reconstruction model tends to be uniform and regular.After that,it is found that some of the trabecular centerlines of the reconstructed model deviate from each other.Finally,in order to ensure that the end face area of the trabecular structure is equal and the trabecular center line does not deviate,this paper proposes the equal area method of bilateral center division,which avoids the problem of center line deviation after the trabecular structure changes in equal area and ensures the integrity of the topology optimization structure.Finally,in order to verify the practical application value of the method proposed in this paper,the smooth and equal area treatment method studied in this paper is applied to the actual life,and the common bench and bridge structure in life are selected as the application examples.The new structure is obtained by topology optimization and smooth and equal area processing.By comparing and analyzing the static analysis results of the structure before and after optimization,the effectiveness of smooth processing method of chessboard format and the method of central division is verified.The paper solves the problem of chessboard format in topology optimization,and provides theoretical algorithm and processing technology for the standardized application of smooth processing of chessboard format. |
