Abstract/Summary:
Compared with the traditional household coal-fired furnace,the pool flue heating has the characteristics of uniform room temperature,less fuel and less filling times,and is widely used in new animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia.The heating system reduces the economic expenditure of the herdsmen to purchase coal for heating,greatly promotes the effective application of biomass resources in grassland and pastoral areas,and has a reference and guidance function for the newly built and reconstructed residential buildings of herdsmen in various areas of China.The maintenance is simple and economical,which is conducive to the implementation of the new pastoral area construction in the autonomous region and suitable for the large-scale promotion of the pastoral areas.This paper takes a typical underground combustion pool flue heating system of a typical animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia as the research object,considering the factors such as the living habits of herdsmen,the local climate characteristics and the form of animal husbandry buildings.Based on the field test,the thermal and physical properties of local sheep dung brick fuel are analyzed by TG-DSC method.The thermal and physical properties of the fuel are analyzed by TG-DSC,and the residential supply by the underground combustion pool flue system in the heating process is analyzed based on the actual data The influence of warm ground and indoor air temperature was studied,and the change of indoor air quality was studied.Fluent software is used to simulate the uniform diffusion of high temperature flue gas in the upper layer of the combustion pool.Through changing the internal structure of the combustion pool,the phenomenon of overheating of the ground temperature in the heating room can be improved.The conclusions are as followsThe TG-DSC analysis of the biomass fuel in cattle and sheep feces in the pastoral area shows that 265 ~ 313 in the main pyrolysis stage The heat release of the unit mass of sheep manure brick fuel is about 18.7% higher than that of cow manure in the temperature range of ℃.It is more suitable for the heating of additional sunshine type residential buildings in grassland and pastoral areas in winter.Under the traditiona l packing method of herdsmen,the best time for ash removal is 16 p.m.In the whole measurement process,the heat transfer and heating of flue gas is faster than that of direct heating in the combustion pool,and the indoor temperature and heat response is faster.Affected by the uneven distribution of underground flue gas,the temperature of flue gas in the upper space and the smoke distribution port is too high,and the air flow organization is uneven,which leads to uneven heating ground heat.The maximum difference between the temperature peaks of each distribution point above the combustion pool is 16.4 ℃,and the local superheat time accounts for more than 39.1% of the primary fil ing heating cycle;while the indoor air temperature changes rapidly in the room heated by the initial section of the flue.In the class II level of indoor air quality standard,carbon monoxide CO shall not exceed 10mg/m3 in the average value of 1 hour and 4mg/m3 in 24 hours.Under a complete packing heating condition,the daily average CO concentration of bedroom 1directly above the combustion pool and living room directly above the flue is lower than the standard value,while the hourly variation value is lower than the maximum concentration limit of standard hour in 81.7% and 93.9% time respectively.In order to analyze the influence of the uniformity of the smoke diffusion on the heating ground temperature in the combustion pool,reinforced concrete slab is added at the height of 0.6m from the bottom of the combustion pool in the combustion pool,and the simulation scheme of no plate,vertical plate and horizontal plate is established.In the simulation scheme of horizontal panel setting,when the width of the plate is the width of the combustion pool and the length of the plate is three-fifth of the length of the combustion pool,the uniformity effect of the upper layer flue gas temperature distribution in the combustion pool is the most obvious,which reduces the local overheat frequency of the heating room floor and improves the utilization rate of the heating system.
