Abstract/Summary:
In order to reduce the labor intensity of medical transport personnel,improve the safety and comfort of patient transport.Based on the design concept of "integrated modularization",a two-way translation automatic transport device was designed to integrate multiple transport functions and achieve a high degree of integration of transport equipment.This paper first analyzes and determines the functional requirements of automatic transfer bed equipment,the equipment is divided into two-way translation module with different functional carriers,lifting back and hip anti-slip demoulding block,bed body lifting mobile module,supporting module.Analyze and select the movement principle of each module mechanism,and determine the design parameters and performance indexes of the equipment.Secondly,the bidirectional large stroke translation transmission mechanism and the breech anti-skid and Angle adjustable bed plate mechanical structure are innovatively designed to realize the bidirectional large stroke translation of the bed surface and the anti-skid function of lifting the back to solve the technical difficulties.Based on the theory of mechanical design,the design and selection of the power system of the bidirectional large-stroke translation mechanism were carried out,and the safety of the translation work of the equipment bed surface was analyzed based on the principle of center of gravity distribution.The dynamic system of backrest lifting and breech anti-skid stripper was designed.The process of backrest Angle change was analyzed in kinematics theory and the correlation curve was drawn.Using virtual prototype technology to simulate the kinematics of the backrest,seat plate angle change and lifting mechanism,and the stability of the mechanism movement process is verified.Establish a mathematical model to analyze the stability of the equipment movement process,and the limit position and pose state of the automatic transfer bed with rated load was verified.The transfer movement has good stability performance under four working conditions.Once again,perform dynamic analysis on the key stressed components of the equipment,and the strength of the parts is checked.The results show that the structural strength and dynamic characteristics meet the requirements.At last,according to the required functions and control requirements of the transfer bed,the electrical control system of the equipment is designed.Assemble and debug the prototype,conduct prototype test,and finally develop a highly integrated bidirectional translation medical automatic transfer bed equipment.
