Rarefaction ave gun can reduce the recoil and reduce the heat in the barrel while ensuring the power,which alleviates the contradiction between the maneuverability and power of the artillery,and can control the velocity of the projectile by controlling the opening time of the nozzle of the rear nozzle,thus improving the firing performance of the artillery.Therefore,it has become one of the most promising low-rear-seat weapons.In this paper,the launching mechanism,the influence of the structural parameters of the inertia breech on the ballistic characteristics and the launching process of the rarefaction wave gun are studied,which is of great significance to the research and optimization of the rarefaction wave gun.Firstly,the ballistic characteristics of the inertia breech of the rarefaction wave gun and the recoilless gun are compared.The physical model of the inertia breech of the rarefaction wave gun is established,the interior ballistic model of the rarefaction wave gun is established by analyzing the ballistic characteristics of the rarefaction wave gun in the period of the closed chamber,the period of the inertial breech movement and the period of the gunpowder gas post-injection.Then,Matlab is used to program the interior ballistic of rarefaction ave gun,compared with the interior ballistic curves of conventional artillery and relevant experimental data to verify the correctness of the interior ballistic of rarefaction ave gun.The influence of the structural parameters(the mass of the inertial breech,the maximum movement distance of the inertial breech and the starting pressure of the inertial breech)of the inertial breech on the ballistic characteristics(the pressure of bore,the opening time of nozzle and the flow rate of gunpowder gas)of the rarefaction ave gun is analyzed.Some theoretical bases are obtained,which can provide some theoretical references for the design and optimization of rarefactionave gun.Finally,by establishing a two-dimensional finite element model,by establishing a two-dimensional finite element model,the dynamic mesh technology and UDF were used for simulation initialization,and the motion state of the projectile in the barrel was coupled to conduct numerical simulation of the launching process of the inertial breech rarefaction wave gun.The flow state of gunpowder gas in the gun muzzle and the gun tail is analyzed,the distribution of shock wave in the gun tail is analyzed,the dangerous area of the jet flow field after the inertial breech rarefaction wave gun.is determined,and the influence of the structural parameters of the inertial breech on the dangerous area is analyzed.
