China has a large number of office buildings with high energy consumption and huge energy saving potential.As a typical office space,open-plan area has an important impact on the control of energy consumption level and the improvement of indoor physical environment comfort.The decision accuracy of office design oriented to green building performance needs to be improved.The purpose of this study is to propose a green performance prediction model of open-plan office in cold region,so as to improve the efficiency of green architecture design of open-plan office and improve the accuracy of green design.Based on literature review,case analysis,statistical analysis,building information modeling,building performance simulation and data regression analysis,the green performance prediction model of open-plan office in cold area is established,and the design strategies oriented to green performance of open-plan office in different situations are analyzed.Based on the requirements of energy saving,indoor thermal comfort and daylignting quality of open-plan office in cold region,consindering control variate method,a building performance simulation model of open-plan office is established.According to the mapping relationship between the performance simulation results and the design parameters(storey height,width of space,window height,sill height and indirect variables derived by them)selected in this study,a prediction model of building energy consumption,indoor thermal comfort and daylighting quality of openplan office is constructed,and key influence variables,influence trend and the conditions for obtaining the extreme value of each green performance evaluation index are analyzed,and the design strategies oriented to green performance of open-plan office in cold region is summarized.The R-square test is used to test the accuracy and predictability of function fitting.The R-square value represents the difference between the predicted value and the experimental value of multivariate polynomial regression,and the value range is [0,1].and 1 means that the predicted value and the experimental one are completely consistent.The mapping relationship between the design parameters and green performance index shows that the R square value is above 0.95,and the model has good predictability and accuracy.This study can improve the efficiency of green office design,improve the accuracy of design decision.
