The Studies Of Office Building Energy-saving Potential And Practice In Donger Second Floor Office In SCUT

With the rapidly development of Chinese city modernization and economy, china`s building industry have achieved leapfrog development In recent years.the amount of construction has leaps to the top of the world ranking in the process of urbanization and economic development. According to the correlation data statistic, china total output value of construction industry has been from 6465.5 billion in 2002 to 38995.0 billion in 2013. Tne average annual growth rate has been as high as 20%. Building energy consumption has become China`s total energy consumpition as same as industrial and transportation energy consumption.As one of large amount building type, there still exists high energy consumption, high pollution and low degree of comfort in office building. The current researchs to these problems are one-side because of the unbalance between saving and comfort. As different areas have different characteristics, this paper takes the office in donger 2nd floor as the research object. Combining saving with comfort, we will have more deficient understanding in energy saving and comfort of office building in south of the five ridges area.This paper discusses mainly on the following steps:The first part includes two chapters. The exordium is a discussion on the background of subject, the research status at home and abroad, the research object and contents. It determines the research methods and framework. The second chapter introduces the related conceptsand platform. This chapter discusses the geographical features, the climatic characteristics and construction features briefly first. Then it introduces the factors which construct the indoor environment. At last, this paper goes into particulars of the green wisdom building demonstration platform.The second part is the third chapter. The study on surveillance field of the indoor environmentare is mainly the front half part. It makes the parameters of indoor environment more accurately, and put forward some suggestions on improving the quality of indoor environment. The second part provides reference for the preceeding research through the analysis on the human behavior way and energy consumption in the green wisdom building demonstration platform.The third part is the study of sub consumption, including Chapter four to chapter six.this chapter analys the practice effect of energy saving and energy saving potential, and put forward suggestions on the energy saving through analyzing the energy consumptionof air conditionsystem, lighting system, socket system, printer, water dispensers and other projects.The last one is the conclusion chapter. It summarize the previous research systematically, and summarize the optimization strategy on analysis of the current insufficiency.
