| Primary and secondary education belongs to the basic education of our country, which is the foundation project to improve the quality of the whole nation and it is also an important link for the country to deepen the education reform and comprehensively promote the quality education.Shenzhen,as an important window of China’s reform and opening-up,has taken the lead in the reform of the education system: run pre-school education with high standards, expand the scale of primary and secondary education, and popularize high-quality high-school education. At present, there is a huge pressure on the distribution of basic education resources in Shenzhen, and the lack of degree has become a short board for people’s livelihood. Therefore,in recent years, the construction of primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen has been in full swing. In the past, the degree of intensive design of primary and secondary school buildings built in Shenzhen was not high, and there were some problems such as loose planning and layout, single building function, and insufficient use of underground space. So in the future, how to excavate land resources intensively and efficiently and create more teaching and activity space will become the key development direction of primary and secondary school construction.First of all,the author studies the design concept and methods of the intensive construction of primary and secondary schools at home and abroad through literature reading;secondly, the author investigates the primary and secondary schools with the characteristics of "intensive land use" built in Shenzhen in 2016-2019 and collects first-hand information;thirdly, the author summarizes the "intensive land use" primary and secondary school building design with practical significance based on the actual projects of the construction design of primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen Adaptability principle and design strategy. Finally, the paper predicts the development trend of the building plot ratio of primary and secondary schools in the future, evaluates the applicable design strategies in the future and predicts the school construction mode. The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter: introduction, describes the background, significance, research content and research methods of this topic. The second chapter: in the context of high-density urban environment, shortage of educational resources and improvement of school construction standards, the existing problems and construction trends of primary and secondary school buildings in Shenzhen are introduced. The third chapter: compare the similarities and differences of planning layout and functional organization between Shenzhen primary and secondary schools at home and abroad.Chapter four: from the aspects of construction mode, planning and layout, function compound and high-rise building,it sums up the adaptability principle of "intensive land use" primary and secondary school building design in Shenzhen in the past four years,as well as the restrictive factors and bottlenecks encountered. The chapter five: summarize and evaluate the three design strategies of "intensive land use" primary and secondary school buildings, which are "conventional" design method,"heaven to earth" design method and "unconventional" design method. The chapter six: on the basis of the above research, evaluate the future school design strategy of "land intensive",and look forward to the future school construction mode of "land intensive".The chapter Seven: summary. |
