| As the strongest and largest city of strategic emerging industries in China,the construction of technology industrial park is booming in Shenzhen.At the same time,with the rapid development of urban economic construction,urban land resources have become increasingly tight,which has brought new challenges to the development of technology industrial parks.Under this background,the relationship between Shenzhen Technology Industrial Park and the city is getting closer,the functions of the park are increasingly diversified,and the spatial layout is developing to a high density.The spatial form also presents three-dimensional characteristics.Under limited land resources,the high-density technology industrial park meets the development needs of the emerging industry space in an efficient and mixed manner.The three-dimensional development of public space in the high-density technology industrial park has brought more abundant activity space to the park,and at the same time,it is facing more complex issues such as coordination with the park’s architectural relationship and the public space’s own environment.In this dissertation,the core aerial activities surface in the three-dimensional public space is selected as the research object,and the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of aerial activities surface are analyzed in combination with the example of the high-density technology industrial park,and specific suggestions are proposed.The thesis first sorts out the development history and development trend of Shenzhen Technology Industrial Park.Based on this,combined with the development status of Shenzhen Technology Industrial Park,the definition of high-density technology industrial park is derived.Subsequently,the concept and related issues of the three-dimensional public space of the high-density technology industrial park and its aerial activities surface are explained,and the generation mechanism of the aerial activities surface of the high-density technology industrial park and the superiority of the aerial activities surface are analyzed.Three typical cases were selected from the Shenzhen High-Density Technology Industrial Park as examples for analysis.These are Shenzhen Bay Eco-Technology Park,Tian’an Cloud Park Phase I,and Kexing Science Park.The basic characteristics and use conditions provide a basis for subsequent analysis.After that,the aerial activities surface of the high-density technology industrial park were analyzed and explained from three aspects: function,space and transportation.The functional level mainly discusses the overall functional layout of the park and the functional composition of the aerial activities surface;the spatial level discusses the spatial type of the aerial activities surface and the constituent elements of its space environment;the transportation level discusses the constituent elements of the aerial activities surface transportation organization And its relationship with external transportation and internal transportation organizations.Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of the above-mentioned three levels of aerial activities surface,combined with examples,the advantages and disadvantages of the aerial activities surface in actual use,and the corresponding design points are obtained.Finally,based on the previous discussion and analysis,the characteristics and main issues of aerial activities surface are summarized,targeted suggestions are proposed,and factors that need to be considered in the design process are put forward from the overall planning level,hoped to bring inspiration and reference for the design of three-dimensional public space in high-density technology industrial park and its aerial activities surface. |
