From the beginning of the unit compound to welfare housing system,and now the commercial housing system,gated community becomes the most popular living method.With the urbanization process continues to accelerate,it comes traffic congestion,validity of living space,shortage of public area and other spatial contradictions,increasingly and prominently.Super-scale gated community is putting a negative impacton upon the sustainable development of the city.A super-scale gated community Shenzhen have been taken as the example,from the city core area to the marginal area we have choose Lotus Village,Yitian Village and Vanke City as the research objects.With a detailed analysis regarding the super-scale closed community spatial characteristics and spatial effects,we explored the super-Community open strategy for the establishment of a city of the community.The three cases show a super-scale,closed enclosure and "undefended border" features.From inside to outside the urban space,the contradiction,mainly for the alienation of urban transport system,full of exclusion and isolation with the same Qualitative interface space and privatization of public space.Based on the analysis of the over-scale gated community in the city,this paper applied a progressive way to discuss the open design of the super-scale closed community.Firstly,the deconstruction of the existed closed community of super-scale,weaving the city sparse texture network,the reorganization of micro-scale community monomer;Secondly,through the street eye and the rich areas of the district to stimulate the vitality of public space;eventually achieve a balance,sharing space and daily stories of the city picture,to achieve the goal of "a city of the community."...
