Research On Construction And Application Of Cost Control System In WF Company

With the rapid development of the domestic market economy,cost control has become an important issue that most companies cannot avoid.my country is a big industrial country,and the manufacturing industry,as an important pillar industry,has made great contributions to the growth of the national economy.In the context of constant changes in the domestic and international economic environment and continuous breakthroughs in science and technology,corporate management methods and control systems have become particularly important.However,most manufacturing companies are still using the traditional cost control model,unable to accurately and effectively obtain cost information,hindering the further development of the company.Therefore,optimizing the internal management of enterprises,strengthening cost control,and building a scientific and systematic cost control system have become the key points for the survival and development of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the above background,it is of great significance to study how manufacturing companies can explore a cost control system suitable for their own development in the fierce market competition and limited resources.As an OEM manufacturing company,WF has a common problem with the manufacturing industry,and its cost control model is in urgent need of improvement.This paper takes WF company as the research object for cost control research,based on the research results and theories about cost control at home and abroad.The concept of the cost control system studied in this paper is elaborated based on the research results and relevant theories of cost control at home and abroad.Then,a case study is conducted on WF company.Firstly,the financial data of the company for the past three years are used to introduce the cost-related situation of WF company.Secondly,the cost control situation and problems of WF company are analysed in the light of specific cost activities,and the cost control system of WF company is constructed and applied in response to these problems,and safeguards are proposed based on the actual application situation.Finally,we will summarize the findings and shortcomings of this paper and look forward to continuing the research in the future.
