As a new and efficient positive-displacement compressor, scroll compressor has been widely used in air conditioning refrigeration, petrochemical, power engineering and other fields, beacuse its low energy consumption, less parts and smooth running characteristics.The scroll compressor rely on the change of volume to compress the working medium, therefore need to set up a set of anti rotation mechanism, make the orbiting scroll revolution and plane motion with constant rotating radius around fixed scroll,form the effective volume cavity. In the various forms of anti rotation mechanism,the anti-rotation mechanism of cross slip ring be widely used with its simple structure,easy to produce, convenient to assemble, and can get sufficient lubrication etc.But the formation of friction between convex key of the anti-rotation mechanism of cross slip ring and chute of scroll compressor rack and orbiting scroll, extremely easy to cause the wear of friction pair. The friction and wear of cross slip ring has a great influence to accurate mesh of the orbiting and fixed scroll and efficient operation of the machine.At the same time, the current scroll compressor study of friction and wear problems mainly in the friction pair of orbiting and fixed scroll,it is less study of the friction and wear about anti-rotation mechanism of cross slip ring.So the study of friction and wear problems about the anti-rotation mechanism of cross slip ring has important practical significance and theoretical value.This paper analyzes the stress and movement about orbiting scroll and cross slip ring of scroll compressor, according to the balance equation of orbiting scroll and cross slip ring force, deduce the calculation method of normal pressure of cross slip ring convex key, then plug the prototype data in formula, obtaine the change rule of friction force of cross slip ringFor the study of friction and wear between the friction pair of scroll compressor,which is based on the theory of tribology, analyzing the influence factors of the friction and wear of cross slip ring form three aspect:friction, wear, contact surface.Using the ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the contact state of cross slip ring in zero and maximum speed, and by the two specific state analyze its ultimate bearing state and the friction and wear mechanism.Have the large thrust ring sliding friction test in the MMW-1 vertical universal friction and wear testing machine, record the change conditions friction coefficient of test sample in the periodic load change, determine a reasonable range of cross slip ring friction coefficient, and calculate the energy loss of cross slip caused by friction.At the same time, establish the mathematical model of cross slip ring wear simulation, make the basic estimate of wear loss of different material cross slip rings in same friction and wear condition through the mathematical model. The cross slip ring convex key gap due to its wear, analysis of the impact of orbiting and fixed scroll gap caused by cross slip ring convex key gap.According to the result: The friction force is similar to the change of the sine and the cosine function, friction force of cross slip ring convex key that contact with orbiting scroll change with the rotating angle of principal axis change, constantly impact the end of convex key of cross slip ring, this is the main reason that causing cross slip ring easy to wear. At the end of convex key of cross slip ring area that contact with orbiting scroll is most likely to wear, the changes of friction of cross slip ring convex key that contact with orbiting scroll are the most significant. The energy loss caused by friction of the cross slip ring through numerical calculation in 20 ~90W, it accounts for about 10% of the total friction loss power. cross slip ring wear degree is mainly affected by the material, surface condition, machining condition, by calculating the wear simulation model can be roughly the amount of wear loss of cross slip ring under random condition, wear how much will directly affect the cross slip ring convex key gap size. Cross sliding convex key gap increases the scroll radial clearance increases, increase the amount of leakage of scroll compressor, convex key gap tilted so that the scroll compressor axial clearance inclining, cause the orbiting and fixed scroll cannot be accurately meshing.
