Research On Barrier-Free Design Of Public Space In Outpatient Department Of General Hospital Based On Environmental Behavior

Hospital building is an important type of public building investment in China,its utilization rate is increasing year by year,and the number of hospital building construction is increasing.With the constant changes in population structure,medical system,relevant laws and social concepts,how to make hospital buildings adapt to the current needs of various social groups has become an urgent problem to be solved.The outpatient department is an essential part of the general hospital,and it is the place where the number of vulnerable groups is the largest and the flow is the largest.The accessibility of the outpatient department of the hospital is the inevitable trend of the current medical architecture design.It has been nearly 40 years since the concept of accessibility design was put forward in China.However,due to the double characteristics of physical and social vulnerability of many patients,their special needs for space are difficult to be paid attention to.Due to external environmental barriers and poor physical conditions,the disadvantaged groups have insufficient spatial mobility ability.The combined effect of these two factors makes it difficult to implement "Barrier-free medical treatment".Patients are difficult to realize the freedom of spatial movement and are in a state of "wanting but not being able" to move in space for a long time.For the clinic in space sharing,and to provide all kinds of patients and their physiological,psychological and behavioral requirements adaptation space supply,for some patients "barrier-free treatment" this social phenomenon,the author introduced the theories and methods of environmental behavior,the in-situ investigation,one-on-one interviews and questionnaires and other methods,to obtain a large amount of firsthand material;By means of comparison,research and collation,the present situation and problems of public space accessibility design in the outpatient department of Xi ’an general hospital are summarized and the causes of the problems are analyzed.According to the current situation of xi’an general hospital outpatient department of barrier-free design problems and reasons,put forward to enhance the disadvantaged space mobility accessible design principles and strategies,achieve social vulnerable groups in the aspect of space use of fairness and justice,in order to architect in the process of comprehensive hospital barrier-free design provides a certain reference.Based on the above content,this paper is divided into the following six chapters:The first chapter discusses the research background of this research,reviews the theories and practices at home and abroad,finds out the purpose and significance of the research,as well as the research methods that can obtain the expected results,and finally defines the research object and scope.The second chapter summarizes the relevant theories of environmental behavior,analyzes the environmental behavior can introduce the cause of the general hospital outpatient department of barrier-free design and summarized based on the behavioral perspective about the use of spatial accessibility group classification and their psychological,physiological and behavioral aspects of demand,thus providing theoretical basis for further research.The third chapter analyzes the classification of accessibility design elements of public space in the outpatient department of the general hospital,and then classifies the detailed rules of accessibility design from four aspects: accessibility design elements,space design elements,service design elements and information design elements.The fourth chapter selects typical cases in Xi ’an area,adopts the method of literature survey,questionnaire survey,follow-up survey,interview and other direct and indirect surveys to obtain data,and then analyzes the current situation and causes of accessibility design and use of public space in the outpatient department of Xi ’an general hospital.The fifth chapter is based on the analysis of the accessibility design elements of the public space of the outpatient department and the investigation and analysis of the current problems of the accessibility design of the public space of the outpatient department of Xi ’an hospital.Put forward the principle of safety,generalization principle,systematic principle,the principle of refinement,remedial principle,the principle of high standard six principles and security strategies of dealing with physical disabilities,the disorder degree of compensatory strategies,improve the identification of spatial perception,layout space facilities of high standards,to undertake a variety of composite behavior of the five strategies.The sixth chapter summarizes the thesis and puts forward the research innovation and the prospect of the accessibility design in the outpatient department of hospitals in the future.
