Research On Public Space Evaluation Of Hospital Outpatient Department Based On Patient Treatment Process

As the spatial carrier of the whole treatment process,the design of hospital outpatient public space plays a very important role in improving the treatment process,reasonably dividing the spatial layout and improving the treatment efficiency.At the same time,it also affects the spatial environment and service facilities.Due to the lack of attention to the medical experience,many problems have been exposed in the use of hospital outpatient buildings.At present,China still lacks the feedback mechanism of post use evaluation of outpatient space,which leads to some common problems in the use of hospitals.As the most frequent space for patients,caregivers and medical staff to communicate,the outpatient department of the hospital is not only the first department for patients to contact in the hospital building,but also the most important space hub.Due to the demand of building function,the spatial relationship of hospital outpatient department is also quite complex and has many types.We need to pay more attention to functional zoning and reasonable organization of streamline.Through the post use evaluation research of public space in outpatient department of general hospital,this paper finds and analyzes many problems existing in public space,so as to provide theoretical basis for this type of architectural design in the future.Based on POE theory and method,this paper establishes the public space evaluation system of hospital outpatient department,uses Likert five level scale method to issue and recover the questionnaire,carries out basic statistical analysis,importance performance analysis(IPA)and structural equation model analysis(SEM)on the collected data,and puts forward optimization strategies combined with the analysis results and research status.Firstly,through the keyword collection of big data and the extraction of pre survey indicators from 10 hospitals,the evaluation system of outpatient public space of Xi’an third class general hospital is preliminarily constructed by using analytic hierarchy process.Then,the importance of index factors is tested by patient expert importance questionnaire,and finally the satisfaction evaluation index set is determined;Design a patient satisfaction questionnaire,visit and investigate five selected hospitals in Xi’an,and collect the evaluation information of patients and their companions;Using SPSS software to carry out basic statistical analysis of the data,using IPA analysis method to analyze the importance and performance degree of various indicators,construct SEM structural equation model of outpatient public space,and study the causal relationship between multiple variables;Finally,according to the analysis results and actual research,this paper puts forward improvement suggestions and optimization strategies.
