Research On Optimization Of Spatial Structure Of Xi’an Urban Commercial Center Based On Service Efficiency

With the gradual acceleration of urbanization,the scale of China’s major cities has expanded,and at the same time,different types of centers within the cities have split,and their scales have expanded irregularly in space.From the perspective of the overall development of the city,in the process of rapid technological development in recent years,the urban single center has been continuously developing in a multi-core,complicated and disorderly direction in order to adapt to the overall development of the city.Therefore,in order to study the urban center system,it is first necessary to study the spatial characteristics of each center.At present,the research on the spatial characteristics of urban centers mainly starts with static factors such as the scale of land use,total building volume,and business functions,while ignoring important human factors.According to the people-oriented concept of planning and development,from the perspective of service efficiency,analyze the service efficiency of urban-level commercial centers in megacities and optimize their spaces according to the characteristics of service efficiency,thereby promoting the renewal and development of urban-level commercial centers.The research object of this article is city-level commercial centers.In order to analyze city-level commercial centers,basic theories are summarized,including the central theory of economics and geography,the theory of industrial agglomeration,and the theory of commercial center development and succession;The scope zoning methods and techniques are summarized,mainly including the qualitative research zoning method based on research data,the classic Murphy index method of later American scholars,the quantified zoning method of public service index improved based on the Murphy index,and the application of open source Multiple division methods such as data.It also summarizes the service efficiency evaluation indicators and their construction ideas for different disciplines,and provides experience for the later research on the construction of service efficiency evaluation indicators for city-level commercial center spaces.On the basis of the existing urban-level commercial center zoning method,this paper proposes to open-source commercial service facility data and weight indicators of various data through the Internet to construct a zoning method for the spatial scope of Xi’an urban-level commercial center.At the same time,the characteristics of city-level commercial centers are studied from the perspective of land use layout,road network structure,business facilities composition,urban design perspective,and time and space characteristics of crowd use.By constructing the service efficiency evaluation index of city-level commercial centers and summarizing the evaluation methods of service efficiency at the same time,in order to visualize the service efficiency evaluation results of city-level commercial centers,the concentric circle structure mode will be used as the basis of urban-level commercial center space research.,Calculate the service efficiency evaluation results of each circle layer through the circle layer analysis method,and analyze the problems of the city-level commercial center and its influence mechanism through the calculation results,and provide a basic basis for the later optimization of the Xi’an city-level commercial center.And based on the service efficiency evaluation,the city-level commercial center is analyzed and the optimization direction of the city-level commercial center and the optimization control elements are summarized.The optimization content is proposed for different types of city-level commercial centers in Xi’an.Finally,the city-level commercial center in Xi’an is analyzed The overall development and planning of the center put forward optimization suggestions.Based on the original method,this paper proposes a city-level business center zoning method through a variety of open data on the Internet,and conducts an empirical study on Xi’an city business center as an example,proposes a city-level business center service efficiency evaluation method and indicator system,and then compares the indicators After performing quantitative calculations,it points out the problems of city-level commercial centers and their impact mechanisms,and finally optimizes city-level commercial centers based on service efficiency evaluation.
